Most employers use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) these days, for filtering applications. This software scans for keywords and phrases relevant to the job, most of which come from within the job description itself, so our free CV builder will adapt your resume to include them in a natural way, and polish it for you.
Do I really need a resume?
Not always.
Almost all permanent jobs will request a resume.
And many, but not all, temp or contract roles will request a resume — certainly the vast majority of staffing agencies do.
