How do I access benefits?

Flexers are eligible to enroll for the Essential Staffcare supplemental fixed indemnity plans as of date of hire, with no additional eligibility requirements, online, or over the phone.

What benefits are included?


Medical Plan

Covers the most common medical expenses at an easy-to-afford price.


Dental Insurance

Includes coverage for regular exams, X-rays, fillings, oral surgery, crowns, and even dentures.


Eye Care

Covers eye examinations with a copay, allowance for frames, plastic lenses with a copay, and an allowance for disposable contacts.


Term Life

Pays beneficiary for employee coverage, and offers coverage for spouse and child dependents. 


Short-Term Disability

Begins after 7 days of disability, pays up to 26 weeks.


Minimum Essential Coverage

Meets the Affordable Care Act’s definition of minimum coverage, providing benefits for testing, screening and wellness.
