Six Flags Over Texas Shift Completion Program

  • This program is valid from April 8th, 2024 to May 31st, 2024
  • This program is only open to Verified Flexers (defined below) who are hired and complete three consecutive shift(s) for Six Flags Over Texas located in Arlington, TX.
  • Flexers must confirm and complete three consecutive shift(s) for Six Flags Over Texas  located at 2201 Road to Six Flags, Arlington, TX 76011(“Qualifying Shifts”)
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of Qualifying Shifts they complete: $50 after the success of being hired at Six Flags Over Texas and completion of three consecutive shift(s)
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until May 31st, 2024, to confirm and work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above payout. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are confirmed and completed after May 31st, 2024, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Verified Flexers are Flexers who have completed the I-9 process and completed setting up their payment information with Indeed Flex.

 

Asurion Shift Completion Program

  • This program is valid from March 25th, 2024 to April 29th, 2024
  • This program is only open to Verified Flexers (defined below) who are hired and complete five consecutive shift(s) in the fulfillment department at  Asurion located at 1850 Midway Ln, Smyrna, TN 37167.
  • Flexers must confirm and complete five consecutive shift(s)  in the fulfillment department at Asurion located at 1850 Midway Ln, Smyrna, TN 37167. (“Qualifying Shifts”)
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of Qualifying Shifts they complete:
  • $100 after the success of being hired at Asurion and completion of five consecutive shift(s)
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.

  • Verified Flexers are Flexers who have completed the I-9 process and completed setting up their payment information with Indeed Flex.

 

Legends Shift Completion Program

  • This program is valid from March 21st, 2024 to May 31st, 2024
  • This program is only open to Verified Flexers (defined below) who are hired and have completed 3 consecutive shifts between March 21st, 2024, and May 31st, 2024 for Legends located in Arlington, TX.
  • Flexers must confirm and complete their shifts between March 21st, 2024 and May 31st, 2024 shifts for Legends Hospitality located at 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011 (“Qualifying Shifts”)
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of Qualifying Shifts they complete:
    • $ 50.00 after the success of completing shifts at Legends and completing 3 shifts between March 21st, 2024 and May 31st, 2024
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.

The University of Texas at Austin Shift Completion Program

  • This program is valid from February 28th, 2024 to May 31st, 2024
  • This program is only open to Verified Flexers (defined below) who are hired and complete five consecutive shift(s) for The University of Texas at Austin located in Austin, TX.
  • Flexers must confirm and complete five consecutive shift(s) for The University of Texas at Austin located at 201 E. 21st Street, Austin, TX 78705 (“Qualifying Shifts”)
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of Qualifying Shifts they complete:
    • $100 after the success of being hired at The University of Texas at Austin and completion of five consecutive shift(s)
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.

Upskilling/Food Handlers Certification Shift Completion Program (Updated, April 11th, 2024)

  • This program is valid from April 12th, 2024 until July 10th, 2024 for Flexers who have completed the Food Handlers Certification OR TABC Training Course and worked a hospitality shift through Indeed Flex.
  • This program is only open to Verified Flexers in the Dallas, Texas, USA, Austin, Texas USA, and Houston, Texas, USA areas who have the Food Handlers Certification OR TABC Training Course completed through Indeed Flex.
  • The verified Flexer(s) must complete one shift after training to qualify for this incentive.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the completion of the course they complete $25 after confirming and completing the Food Handlers OR TABC Training course and working a hospitality shift. 
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the Food Handlers OR TABC Training Course. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until Wednesday, July 10th, 2024 to confirm and complete the course required to meet the requirements for the above payout. If the Flexer completes the eligibility requirements after July 10th, 2024, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Verified Flexers are Flexers who have completed the I-9 process and completed setting up their payment information with Indeed Flex.

 

Indeed Flex Referral Program Terms (Updated March 2024)

Referral Program Overview

The Indeed Flex Referral program is offered by Indeed Flex and provides Flex workers who’ve completed a shift and are interested in referring their family and friends (“Referrers”) the opportunity to refer eligible individuals to join as a Flexer (worker) on the Indeed Flex app.

The “referrer” is the person doing the referral. The “claimant” is the person claiming the referral code.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you must have worked a shift on the Indeed Flex app as a worker.

Indeed Flex Codes

Indeed Flex will provide you with a unique alphanumeric code (in the app) to distribute to eligible individuals to join Indeed Flex as a worker and get verified. We have the right to limit the number of times you use the code, or invalidate your code should you violate any of the terms and conditions.

Referral Bonus Reward

If the referred job seeker successfully gets verified with Indeed Flex and completes at least one shift within 30 days of being verified, it will be a successful referral. You will receive $75 in your next payroll within 30 days of the claimant’s first completed shift date. You must have already worked for Indeed Flex to be eligible for the payout and be in good standing.

How to Refer New Users

Through the Indeed Flex app, you may refer eligible individuals to become new workers using the generated alphanumeric code. In order to be eligible for a Referral Voucher, the claimant must have never previously been interviewed to join Indeed Flex.

  • The code must be input on the app by the claimant before working their first shift with Indeed Flex, otherwise, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
  • The claimant must work their first shift within 30 days of being verified for you to be eligible for the voucher.
  • The referrer must have already worked a shift and be in good standing before referring a friend.
  • The Referral voucher will not be issued for installations of the app. Indeed Flex will only accept referrals for new users who have completed their first shift.
  • Referral bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with any other marketing offer or promotion.

 

To receive the $75 referral bonus you must follow the following requirements:

  • To benefit from the referral offer, you must use your unique referral code in order to share with friends and family. You can find this on your profile.
  • The referrer must have already worked a shift and be in good standing before referring a friend.
  • The new Job Seeker must redeem the code before their first shift.
  • The referrer will only receive their referral bonus ($75) once the referred Job Seeker has completed the first shift within 30 days of code redemption.
  • The person you refer will receive $75 upon completion of their first shift.
  • Once the referrer (Flexer) has worked at least one shift within 30 days of code redemption, they will receive the bonus payout in their next payroll.
  • Referral offers redeemed from May 9, 2022 and onwards are eligible for a $75 referral bonus.
