“Flexer Creator Program” SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.  

SWEEPSTAKES SUMMARY:  This “Flexer Creator Program” sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Indeed Flex, Inc. (“Sponsor”).  You can contact the Sponsor at: Domain Tower, Indeed Flex, 10721 Domain Dr., Austin, TX 78758.  This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules.  By participating in and entering the Sweepstakes as described herein, you agree that the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes may telephone you, even if your number is on a statewide or national do not call list or registry. 

ELIGIBILITY:  This Sweepstakes is open only to Indeed Flexers who are legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, that do not reside in New York or Florida, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is not open to residents of New York or Florida.  You need not be present to win (though presence may be required to enter).  Except as described herein, Headquarters Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of (a) Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and/or (b) employees of companies with policies prohibiting employees from accepting gifts from vendors (“Prohibited Employees”), are not eligible to enter or win.  By participating in and entering this Sweepstakes as described below, you are formally representing that you are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes and agree to being bound by (i) these Official Rules, and (ii) Sponsor’s Terms of Service, found at https://indeedflex.com/flexer-terms/.  

You must not be banned from the Indeed Flex platform at the time of the draw on July 31, 2026 (“draw date”). If you are banned at the draw date, all entries you have accumulated over the Promotional Period (defined below) will become void. During the Promotional Period, you must remain in good standing 

HOW TO ENTER:  This Sweepstakes begins at 09:00:00 / TIME ZONE on 17th June 2026 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 23:59:00 / TIME ZONE on 28th July 2026 (the “End Date”) (together, the “Promotional Period”).  You may enter this Sweepstakes and earn entries by doing the following:

   a. Entry by posting User Generated Content (UGC) on Instagram or Tiktok. Create a video sharing your Indeed Flex experience during the Promotional Period. You will receive one (1) entry for every valid post completed during the Promotional Period, subject to the below requirements. To receive an entry, you must share the video on your Instagram account as either a Story, a Reel or Feed Post or your Tiktok account as a Feed Post. You must tag Indeed Flex Instagram US account or Indeed Flex Tiktok US account and include the campaign hashtag #flexcreator and include your personal referral code. If you do not successfully complete these steps, you will not receive the entry.

   b. Free Alternate Method of Entry by Email. To enter without posting content on Instagram or Tiktok or to gain an additional entry, email your (i) first and last name, (ii) Flexer email address, (iii) mailing address, and (iv) phone number to: [email protected] .  As a Flexer, your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number that you provide will be used pursuant to the Indeed Flex Privacy Policy linked below. All email  entries must be sent  between June, 17 2026 and July 28, 2026 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, you must meet all eligibility requirements above in order to participate via this AMOE method. 

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:  There will be a total of NUMBER (3) prizes awarded. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) shall consist of the following:
   a. 1ST PRIZE, with an approximate retail value of US $250.00 to be awarded to ONE  (1) participant chosen as described in Section 5 below;
   b. 2ND PRIZE, with an approximate retail value of US $150.00, to be awarded to ONE  (1) participant chosen as described in Section 5 below;  
   c. 3RD PRIZE, with an approximate retail value of US $100.00, to be awarded to ONE  (1) participant chosen as described in Section 5 below; 

Each Winner shall have their prize sent via direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, less applicable taxes and withholdings. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of each Winner (as defined below) and Winner acknowledges that the amount withheld by Indeed Flex may not constitute the full amount of taxes owed. Winners are responsible for any and all costs related to the Prize(s). 

RANDOM DRAWING:  A total of only THREE  (3) Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about July 31st, 2026 by an automated computer process utilized by Sponsor at Sponsor’s corporate office, which decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. The random draw will be redrawn if a particular winner appears twice.  The Winners will be notified via EMAIL  by August 5th, 2026. 

PRIZE CONDITIONS:  No substitution for any prize will be permitted.  If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per winner. The Winner may be required to execute and return a notarized Winner Confirmation within fifteen (15) days of issuance.  Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above.  If a Prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above.  By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the Winners and all entrants hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the Winners’ and entrants’ photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, contents of the entry and the name of the Winner and entrants without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes.

ODDS OF WINNING:  Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of method of entry.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Only to the extent permitted by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes via the entry method set forth above in Section 3, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, (revocable only as described below), fully paid, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple layers of sub-licensees) right and license to make, use, sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, prepare derivative works from and otherwise exploit any and all content and/or materials shared with Sponsor or uploaded online by you in connection with this Sweepstakes (“Content”), for the purpose of publishing material on the Sponsor website or its publisher partners, maintaining the Sponsor website and/or promoting Sponsor, without restriction. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content, or that you otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) such Content, and its submission, posting, display or availability online does not violate applicable law or the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity, and (iii) such submission, posting, display or availability online does not result in any breach of contract between you and any third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, damages, and any other monies owed to any person or entity by reason of such Content. 

CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION:  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of these Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related website.  The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, the Winner and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Austin, Texas.  As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) under no circumstances will the entrant be entitled or permitted to obtain awards for, and the entrant expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than actual, out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and in no event shall attorneys’ fees be recoverable by either party; and (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

SOCIAL MEDIA. By participating in this “Flexer Creator Program” Sweepstake, Participant acknowledges that the prize is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram and Tiktok. By participating, Participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Instagram and Tiktok  against any claims, damages, or liability related in any way to the operation of this “Flexer Creator Program”  Sweepstake Participation in this “Flexer Creator Program” Sweepstake assumes the acceptance of the Instagram and TikTok terms and conditions, found at https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870/ and https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/us/terms-of-service/en respectively.  

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; tweeting, posting or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Winners will be selected by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by the time the Sweepstakes is terminated.  

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  By participating, the Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Stord July 4th Weekend Incentive

Program Overview: This program is designed to reward attendance for working shifts during the July 3rd – July 5th at an Ontrac facility. Flexers are eligible to earn a bonus based on the total number of qualifying shifts completed within the designated eligibility window.

1. Eligibility & Promotion Period: Promotion Period:

This program is valid for shifts completed from July 3rd – July 5th, 2026
This program is only open to Flexers who complete qualifying shifts at the following Stord locations 

  • Stord, Inc (ATL2): 4950 Mason Rd., Atlanta, GA 30349

2. Bonus Structure

  • Flexers will earn bonuses based on the following cumulative shift milestones completed within the Promotional Period. Bonuses are mutually exclusive per tier; only the highest achieved tier will be paid.
  • Flexers who complete qualifying shifts during the designated Promotional Period (July 3-5th, 2025 until 11:59pm) shall receive a supplemental bonus of $25.00 USD per qualifying shift day worked during that period, up to a maximum supplement of $75.00 USD. 

3. Qualifying Shifts & Limitations

  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts is completed after 12:00 am July 6th, 2026, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.

4. Payment Terms

  • All bonus amounts will be paid via direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the milestone was earned, less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the Indeed Flex platform at the time of payout.

5. Program Modification & Termination

  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time at its sole discretion.

Ontrac Summer Shift Completion Bonus

Program Overview This program is designed to reward attendance for working shifts during the June 23rd – July 6th at an Ontrac facility. Flexers are eligible to earn a tiered bonus based on the total number of qualifying shifts completed within the designated eligibility window.

1. Eligibility & Promotion Period

Promotion Period: This program is valid for shifts completed from June 23 – July 6, 2026 before 3:00am
This program is only open to Flexers who complete qualifying shifts at the following Ontrac locations 

  • Nashville Sort Center, TN (Hub): 2500 Marty Robbins Dr., Bldg 10, Lebanon, TN 37090

2. Bonus Structure

Flexers will earn bonuses based on the following cumulative shift milestones completed within the Promotional Period. Bonuses are mutually exclusive per tier; only the highest achieved tier will be paid.

  • Tier 1: A one-time bonus of $40.00 USD shall be awarded upon the verified completion of five (5) qualifying shifts.
  • Tier 2: A one-time bonus of $75.00 USD shall be awarded upon the verified completion of eight (8) qualifying shifts.
  • Tier 3: A one-time bonus of $125.00 USD shall be awarded upon the verified completion of twelve (12) qualifying shifts.

    2a. Holiday Weekend Supplement

  • In addition to the tier-based bonus outlined above, Flexers who complete qualifying shifts during the designated Holiday Weekend Period (July 3-6th until 3am 2026) shall receive a supplemental bonus of $20.00 USD per qualifying shift day worked during that period, up to a maximum supplement of $60.00 USD. The Holiday Weekend Supplement is payable in addition to, and does not affect eligibility for, any tier-based bonus earned under Section 2

3. Qualifying Shifts & Limitations

  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Each tier of the bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts is completed after 3:00 am July 6th, 2026, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.


    4. Payment Terms

  • All bonus amounts will be paid via direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the milestone was earned, less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the Indeed Flex platform at the time of payout.

5. Program Modification & Termination

  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time at its sole discretion.

Stord RNO1 & RNO4 – Reactivation Bonus

  • ELIGIBILITY
    This program is open only to verified Indeed Flexers (“Flexer”) who meet all of the following criteria:

    1. Have previously completed at least one (1) shift with Stord RNO1 (2777 USA Parkway, Suite 115, McCarran, NV 89437) or Stord RNO4 (727 Millan Dr, McCarran, NV 89437) through the Indeed Flex platform.
    2. Have not completed any shift on the Indeed Flex platform in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding June 18, 2026 (classified as “inactive”).
    3. Are in good standing on the Indeed Flex platform as of June 18, 2026 and at the time of payout (not suspended, banned, or removed).
    4. Return to working shifts at Stord RNO1 (2777 USA Parkway, Suite 115, McCarran, NV 89437) or Stord RNO4 (727 Millan Dr, McCarran, NV 89437) between June 18, 2026 and July 18, 2026.
    This bonus is not open to Flexers who have never previously worked at Stord RNO1 (2777 USA Parkway, Suite 115, McCarran, NV 89437) or Stord RNO4 (727 Millan Dr, McCarran, NV 89437), or to Flexers who are currently active (i.e., completed a shift within the last 90 days).

    QUALIFYING SHIFT REQUIREMENT AND BONUS AMOUNTS

    Shifts completed at Stord RNO1 (2777 USA Parkway, Suite 115, McCarran, NV 89437) or Stord RNO4 (727 Millan Dr, McCarran, NV 89437) during the promotional window (June 18, 2026 to July 18, 2026):

    1 qualifying shift = $50.00
    – 3 qualifying shifts (cumulative, within 30 days) = $100.00 total
    “Complete” means: the Flexer clocked in and out correctly via the Indeed Flex app with geolocation active, the shift was worked in full, and confirmed by the client (Stord). All qualifying shifts must be at Stord RNO1 (2777 USA Parkway, Suite 115, McCarran, NV 89437) or Stord RNO4 (727 Millan Dr, McCarran, NV 89437) only.

    PAYMENT TIMING

    The $50.00 bonus will be paid on the next standard pay date following the work week in which the first qualifying shift was completed.
    – If the Flexer reaches 3 qualifying shifts between June 18, 2026 and July 18, 2026, the incremental $50.00 (bringing the total to $100.00) will be paid on the next standard pay date following the work week in which the third qualifying shift was completed.
    All amounts paid via direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, less all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and withholdings. The Flexer is solely responsible for any remaining tax liability.

    ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

    This bonus may only be earned once per Flexer per campaign. A Flexer who qualifies for the $100.00 tier cannot earn additional bonuses under this program.
    – The Flexer must remain in good standing at the time each payout is processed. Suspension, ban, or removal between shift completion and pay date will result in forfeiture of the unpaid bonus.
    – This bonus is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash.
    – This bonus may not be combined with other reactivation or churn incentives for the same shifts.
    – Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
    – Participation constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to Indeed Flex’s platform Terms of Service (indeedflex.com/flexer-terms/).

    Stord RNO1 & RNO4 – Activation Bonus

  • ELIGIBILITY
    This program is open only to verified Indeed Flexers (“Flexer”) who meet all of the following criteria:

    1. Completed their account registration on the Indeed Flex platform on or after June 18, 2026 (program start date).
    2. Have not previously completed any shift on the Indeed Flex platform (net-new worker with zero prior shift history).
    3. Are assigned to shifts at Stord RNO1 (2777 USA Parkway, Suite 115, McCarran, NV 89437) or Stord RNO4 (727 Millan Dr, McCarran, NV 89437).
    4. Are in good standing on the Indeed Flex platform at the time of payout (not suspended or banned).
    This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer. Workers who have previously completed any shift through Indeed Flex are not eligible.

    QUALIFYING SHIFT REQUIREMENT

    To earn the bonus, the eligible Flexer must complete their first (1) shift with Stord RNO1 (2777 USA Parkway, Suite 115, McCarran, NV 89437) or Stord RNO4 (727 Millan Dr, McCarran, NV 89437) by July 18, 2026. This bonus is valid for qualifying shifts completed between June 18, 2026 and July 18, 2026 only.

    “Complete” means:

    The Flexer must clock in and clock out correctly via the Indeed Flex app.
    – Geolocation must be active at clock-in and clock-out.
    – The shift must be worked in full with no early departures.
    – The shift must be confirmed as completed by the client (Stord).

    BONUS AMOUNT

  • $50.00 (fifty US dollars), paid via direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, less all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and withholdings.

    PAYMENT TIMING

  • The bonus will be paid on the next standard pay date following the work week in which the qualifying shift was completed. The amount withheld by Indeed Flex may not constitute the full amount of taxes owed; the Flexer is solely responsible for any remaining tax liability.

    ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the Indeed Flex platform at the time of payout. If a Flexer is suspended or removed between shift completion and the pay date, the bonus will not be issued.
    – This bonus is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash.
    – The bonus cannot be combined with other activation or conversion bonuses for the same shift.
    – Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
    – Participation constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to Indeed Flex’s platform Terms of Service (indeedflex.com/flexer-terms/).

Stord (ATL2) Perfect Attendance Shift Completion Bonus 

  • This program is valid from June 25, 2026 to July 5th, 2026.
  • This Program is only open to Flexers who successfully complete the shifts for Stord, Inc Industries located at 4950 Mason Rd. building #3, Atlanta, GA 30349
  • Flexers must fully complete all qualifying shifts in their shift pattern from June 25 – July 5th, 2026 located at 4950 Mason Rd. building #3, Atlanta, GA 30349
  • Flexers are eligible to earn a bonus of $100 when they maintain perfect attendance by completing all qualifying and any assigned mandatory overtime shifts in their shift pattern from June 25 – July 5th,  located at 4950 Mason Rd. building #3, Atlanta, GA 30349
  • Eligible workers (“Flexers”) shall receive a bonus of $100 : Work the full scheduled hours and any assigned mandatory overtime shifts during each work week. Attend every assigned shift without call-offs, no-shows, or tardiness
  • If the above criteria is met the flexer will be eligible for a maximum total bonus of $100. Qualifying and any assigned mandatory shifts must be completed and verified within the applicable workweek period. Bonuses are subject to verification and may be withheld or adjusted in the event of shift cancellations, no-shows, or other disqualifying conduct.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes qualifying and any assigned mandatory shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until 11:59pm of July 5, 2026  to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above pay out.
  • If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after June 24, 2026, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
     

Legends FIFA Fanfest Shift Completion Bonus

Program Overview This program is designed to reward attendance for working Line Cook shifts during FIFA FanFest. Flexers are eligible to earn a tiered bonus based on the total number of qualifying shifts completed within the designated eligibility window.

1. Eligibility & Promotion Period

  • Active Flexers: For those currently on assignment, the program is valid for shifts completed from June 11 – June 19, 2026 
    This program is only open to Flexers who complete qualifying shifts at the Dos Equis Pavilion – Legends, which is located at 1818 1st Avenue, Dallas, TX 75210.

2. Bonus Structure Flexers will earn bonuses based on the following cumulative milestones achieved within the promotional period:

  • Tier 1: A $25 bonus awarded after the completion of 3 qualifying shifts.
  • Tier 2: A $50 bonus awarded after the completion of 5 qualifying shifts.
  • Tier 3: A $80 bonus awarded after the completion of 8 qualifying shifts.

3. Qualifying Shifts & Limitations

  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Each tier of the bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts is completed after 11:59 pm June 19, 2026, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Disqualification: Any “No Call, No Show” or violation of Code of Conduct may result in immediate disqualification from the bonus program at the organizer’s discretion.
  • Minimum Threshold: If a flexer does not reach the minimum requirement of 5 completed shifts, they will not be eligible for any portion of the bonus
  • Overbook Shifts do not count towards this incentive. Overbooks are designated as Paid Backup Shifts. Upon arrival, the assigned representative must notify the client or check-in representative of their Paid Backup status. In the event that the representative arrives on time and their services are not required, the representative shall be compensated for four (4) hours. Paid Backup Shifts shall not qualify toward, nor be applied in the calculation of, this incentive.

4. Payment Terms

  • All bonus amounts will be paid via direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the milestone was earned, less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the Indeed Flex platform at the time of payout.

5. Program Modification & Termination

  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time at its sole discretion

Reflex Partner Shift Completion Bonus

  • This program is valid for shifts completed through the Indeed Flex app by June 30, 2026.
  • This program is only open to eligible workers who sign up through the Reflex campaign link, complete Indeed Flex verification and onboarding, and remain in good standing on the Indeed Flex platform at the time of payout.
  • The first 50 eligible workers who complete five qualifying shifts in Dallas by June 30, 2026 will receive a one-time $100 bonus.
  • A “qualifying shift” is any completed paid shift in Dallas booked through the Indeed Flex app. Orientation, training, cancelled shifts, no-call/no-show shifts, and overbook or paid backup shifts where productive work is not completed will not count toward this bonus.
  • This bonus can only be earned once per worker. Workers cannot earn more than $100 through this incentive. However, eligible workers may simultaneously qualify for this incentive and receive the FIFA World Cup Shift Completion Bonus under this program.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the fifth qualifying shift was completed, less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • If the five qualifying shifts are completed after June 30, 2026, or after the first 50 eligible workers have earned the bonus, the worker will not be eligible for the bonus or any portion of it.

FIFA World Cup Shift Completion Bonus

Program Overview: This program is designed to reward tournament consistency and shift completion for the 9-match FIFA World Cup. Flexers are eligible to earn a tiered performance bonus based on the total number of scheduled shifts successfully completed within the tournament window.

1. Eligibility & Promotion Period

  • Tournament Window: This program is valid for all 9 matches scheduled within the official tournament series. The eligibility window begins at the start of Match 1 and concludes upon the completion of Match 9 at 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011.
  • Participant Status: This program is open only to registered flexers who are fully credentialed for the 9 match series. Participants must remain in good standing throughout the duration of the tournament to qualify for any incentives.

2. Flexers are eligible to earn bonuses across two categories: a bonus for the June 22nd match and a tiered performance bonus based on total shifts completed throughout the series:

  • June 22nd and 25th Bonus: A $25 flat bonus awarded to flexers who successfully complete the June 22nd and June 25th match shift. This bonus is independent and stacks on top of the tiered bonuses below.
  • The Semi-Pro Bonus: A $100 bonus awarded to flexers who successfully complete at least 5 out of the 9 scheduled shifts.
  • The Ultimate Pro Bonus: A $150 total bonus awarded to flexers who successfully complete all 9 scheduled shifts.
  • Note: These tiers are non-cumulative. The maximum total bonus any single player can earn is $150.

3. Qualifying Matches & Limitations

  • Completion Criteria: A “qualifying shift” is defined as a shift where the flexer is present and participating for the full duration of the scheduled game.
  • Forfeits and Absences: Matches resulted by forfeit, disqualification, or unexcused absence do not count toward the milestone totals.
  • Disqualification: Any “No Call, No Show” or violation of the tournament Code of Conduct may result in immediate disqualification from the bonus program at the organizer’s discretion.
    Minimum Threshold: If a flexer does not reach the minimum requirement of 5 completed shifts, they will not be eligible for any portion of the bonus.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payout Timing: All bonus amounts will be paid out following the successful completion of the final (9th) match in the series.
  • Processing: Payments will be issued via the standard payment method on file on the next scheduled pay date following the conclusion of the tournament, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • Verification: Final bonus amounts are subject to an audit of match participation logs to ensure all completion criteria were met.

5. Program Modification & Termination

  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this incentive program at any time. In the event that the total number of scheduled matches is reduced due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer may adjust the bonus thresholds proportionally.

Flexer Permanent Hire Bonus 

If you qualify for this incentive between December 22, 2025, and January 4, 2026, your bonus will be processed with a delayed payout and issued during the week of January 5, 2026 on January 9, 2026.

  • This bonus is valid from 4th July 2025 at 00:00:01.
  • This bonus is only open to verified Flexers based in the US.  Indeed Flex office employees and affiliated branch employees are not eligible.
  • Eligibility criteria:
    – If a Flexer is permanently hired by a Client or its Group Companies they may be eligible for a $250 bonus.
    – The Flexer must notify Indeed Flex within 30 days of accepting the permanent position via this form.
  • Flexers who have worked in the same role for the same Client (or its Group Companies) for 12 or more continuous calendar weeks or 480 hours, directly before being hired are not eligible for this bonus.
  • All claims are subject to verification with the Client.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this bonus at any time in its sole discretion.
  • The bonus will be paid out via payroll to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, only upon successfully verifying and confirming the claim with the relevant client.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex only upon successfully verifying and confirming the claim with the relevant client, and less applicable taxes and withholdings.

Bonus Amount: The Flexer will receive $50 upon completion of the shift as noted above.

Eligibility and Payout:

The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shift as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer. All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned, less applicable taxes and withholdings.

The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.

Deadline

Flexers will have until July 4th, 2026, to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above payout. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts is completed after July 4th, 2026, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.

Flex AI Interview Research Study

  • This program is open only to Verified Flexers. Participants will receive £20 (20 British pounds) or $20 (20 U.S. dollars), based on location, for completing a research session, which includes both the AI interview and post-interview survey.
  • To qualify, participants must not only accept but also complete the AI interview to the best of their ability and answer all questions in the post-interview survey.
  • Only Verified Flexers are eligible for payout. This excludes current Indeed Flex office employees and affiliated branch employees. Payments will be made via direct deposit on the next pay date after the workweek in which the bonus was earned, minus applicable taxes and withholdings.

Indeed Flex Referral Program Terms (Updated June 2026)

Referral Program Overview

The Indeed Flex Referral program is offered by Indeed Flex and provides Flex workers who’ve completed a shift and are interested in referring their family and friends (“Referrers”) the opportunity to refer eligible individuals to join as a Flexer (worker) on the Indeed Flex app.

The “referrer” is the person doing the referral. The “claimant” is the person claiming the referral code.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you must have successfully completed your onboarding (defined below) on the Indeed Flex app as a worker.

Indeed Flex Codes

Indeed Flex will provide you with a unique alphanumeric code (in the app) to distribute to eligible individuals to join Indeed Flex as a worker and get verified. We have the right to limit the number of times you use the code, or invalidate your code should you violate any of the terms and conditions.

Referral Bonus Reward

If the referred job seeker successfully completes their onboarding with Indeed Flex and completes at least one shift within 30 days of being verified, it will be a successful referral. You will receive $150 in your next payroll within 30 days of the claimant’s first completed shift date. To be eligible for the standard referral bonus payout, you must have a platform verified profile and be in good standing (“Standard Referrer”), 

How to Refer New Users

Through the Indeed Flex app, you may refer eligible individuals to become new workers using the generated alphanumeric code. In order to be eligible for a Referral Voucher, the claimant must have never previously been interviewed to join Indeed Flex.

  • The code must be input on the app by the claimant before working their first shift with Indeed Flex, otherwise, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
  • The claimant must work their first shift within 30 days of being verified for you to be eligible for the voucher.
  • The referrer must have already successfully completed their onboarding with Indeed Flex before referring a friend.
  • The Referral voucher will not be issued for installations of the app. Indeed Flex will only accept referrals for new users who have completed their first shift.
  • Referral bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with any other marketing offer or promotion.

To receive the $150  referral bonus you must follow the following requirements:

PROMOTION OVERVIEW
The Indeed Flex Elite Ambassador Speed Race (“Promotion”) is a limited-time promotional incentive sponsored by Indeed Flex, Inc. (“Indeed Flex” or “Sponsor”).

Participation in the Promotion is available exclusively to individuals who have been approved for and remain in good standing within the Indeed Flex Referral Ambassador Program (“Ambassadors”).

The purpose of the Promotion is to reward Ambassadors who refer new workers that successfully engage with the Indeed Flex platform.

The Promotion is a performance-based incentive and is not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, contest of chance, or game of chance. Qualification is determined solely by the objective criteria described in these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY
To participate, an individual must:

• Be an approved Referral Ambassador in good standing;
• Maintain an active Indeed Flex account;
• Remain eligible for participation throughout the Promotion Period;
• Comply with all applicable Indeed Flex Terms of Service, Referral Program Terms, and these Terms.

Indeed Flex reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on June 16, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends when either:

QUALIFYING REFERRALS
A referral qualifies for the Promotion only if all of the following conditions are met:

a. The referred worker is a new Indeed Flex user who has not previously registered with Indeed Flex.

b. The referred worker completes all onboarding and verification requirements.

c. The referred worker completes five (5) eligible paid shifts within thirty (30) days of successful account verification and before the end of the Promotion Period.

d. Eligible shifts must be successfully worked and completed and may not be cancelled, reversed, disputed, adjusted due to error, or later determined by Indeed Flex to be fraudulent, ineligible, or improperly credited.

e. Qualification order will be determined based on the timestamp of the referred worker’s fifth eligible completed shift as recorded in Indeed Flex systems.

SPEED RACE BONUS
The first twenty (20) qualifying referrals that satisfy all requirements described in Section 4 will each generate a bonus payment of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) for the referring Ambassador.

The maximum aggregate payout available under this Promotion is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).

For purposes of this Promotion only, the standard Referral Ambassador Program limitation of one Speed Race bonus per Ambassador per calendar month shall not apply.

An Ambassador may earn multiple Speed Race bonus payments during the Promotion Period if multiple referred workers independently satisfy all qualification requirements before all twenty (20) qualifying bonus positions have been filled.

Example:
If three referred workers independently complete five eligible paid shifts before all bonus positions have been earned, the referring Ambassador will earn three separate $125 bonus payments.

QUALIFICATION REVIEW, NOTIFICATION, AND PAYMENT
Indeed Flex will review qualification data and determine qualifying bonus earners on or about July 17, 2026.

Qualifying Ambassadors are expected to be notified on or about July 24, 2026.

Bonus payments are expected to be included in the Ambassador’s July 31, 2026 paycheck.

Notification and payment dates are estimates only and may be adjusted by Indeed Flex due to payroll processing, compliance review, fraud review, operational requirements, or other administrative reasons.

FRAUD, ABUSE, AND DISQUALIFICATION
Indeed Flex reserves the right to investigate any referral activity.

Participants may be disqualified and bonus payments may be withheld, cancelled, reversed, or recovered if Indeed Flex determines, in its sole discretion, that a participant:

• Violated these Terms;
• Violated Referral Ambassador Program requirements;
• Created duplicate, fictitious, or fraudulent accounts;
• Attempted to manipulate referral tracking or shift activity;
• Engaged in deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent conduct;
• Is no longer in good standing with Indeed Flex.

All determinations made by Indeed Flex regarding eligibility, qualification, referral validity, shift validity, bonus payments, and Promotion administration shall be final and binding.

TAXES
Participants are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes arising from bonus payments received under this Promotion.

Indeed Flex may withhold amounts and issue tax documentation as required by law.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, extend, or replace this Promotion at any time to address fraud, operational concerns, legal requirements, technical issues, or other business considerations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indeed Flex and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in this Promotion.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.
