2024 Marketing Terms and Conditions

Legends Hospitality Shift Completion Program

  • This program is valid on November 28th, 2024 for the shift that starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at  7:00 p.m. 
  • This program is only open to Flexers who exclusively complete the full duration of one qualifying shift(s) for Legends Hospitality located in Arlington, TX, and surrounding cities.
  • Flexers must complete a minimum of 1 qualifying shift(s) for Legends Hospitality. , located at 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011 (“Qualifying Shifts”).”
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of Qualifying Shifts they complete: $25 after completing 1 shift. Flexer must stay for the full duration of the shift to qualify for the bonus.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until November 28th, 2024 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above payout.
  • If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after November 28th, 2024, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Verified Flexers are Flexers who have completed the I-9 process and completed setting up their payment

Shutterfly Third Shift Completion Program 

  • This program is valid from November 6th, 2024 to December 20th, 2024.
  • This program is only open to Verified Flexers (defined below) who complete 5 shifts for third shifts only for Shutterfly located in Plano, TX.
  • Flexers must complete a minimum of 5 third shifts for Shutterfly located at 4012 14th Street, Plano, TX 75074 (“Qualifying Shifts”)
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of Qualifying Shifts they complete: $100 after the completion of 5 shifts.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer and is only valid for the completion of third shift (Friday – Saturday, every other Thursday from 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until December 20th, 2024 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above payout. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after December 20th, 2024, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Verified Flexers are Flexers who have completed the I-9 process and completed setting up their payment information with Indeed Flex. 

Mad Hatter Experience Shift Completion Program

  • This program is valid from November 1st, 2024 to November 30th, 2024.
  • This program is only open to Flexers who exclusively and successfully complete 4 qualifying shifts for Mad Hatter Experience LLC located in Austin, TX, and surrounding cities.
  • Flexers must complete a minimum of 4 qualifying shifts which includes the ‘Induction’ shift for Mad Hatter Experience, LLC. , located at 76 Greene Street, New York, New York 10012 (“Qualifying Shifts”).”
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of Qualifying Shifts they complete: $50 after the completion of 4 consecutive shifts.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until November 30th, 2024 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above payout.
  • If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after November 30th, 2024, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Verified Flexers are Flexers who have completed the I-9 process and completed setting up their payment information with Indeed Flex.

Assurant Shift completion program

  • This program is valid from October 28th, 2024 to November 25th, 2024.
  • This Program is only open to Flexers who exclusively and successfully complete second shifts for Assurant, Inc (Hyla) located in Mt. Juliet, TN.
  • Flexers must complete a minimum of 5 consecutive shifts exclusively on the second shift at Assurant, Inc. (Hyla), located at 255 Aldi Blvd, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122 (“Qualifying Shifts”).”
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of Qualifying Shifts they complete: $100 after the completion of 5 consecutive (second) shifts.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until November 25th, 2024 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above pay out.
  • If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after November 25th, 2024, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Verified Flexers are Flexers who have completed the I-9 process and completed setting up their payment information with Indeed Flex.

INDEED FLEX “FESTIVE PRIZE DRAW” SWEEPSTAKES

  • NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. SWEEPSTAKES SUMMARY: 
  • This “Festive Prize Draw” sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Indeed Flex, Inc. (“Sponsor”).  You can contact the Sponsor at: Domain Tower, Indeed Flex, 10721 Domain Dr., Austin, TX 78758.  This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules.  By participating in and entering the Sweepstakes as described herein, you agree that the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes may telephone you, even if your number is on a statewide or national do not call list or registry.
  • ELIGIBILITY:  This Sweepstakes is open only to verified Indeed Flexers who are legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, that do not reside in New York or Florida, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is not open to residents of New York or Florida.  You need not be present to win (though presence may be required to enter).  Except as described herein, Headquarters Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of (a) Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and/or (b) employees of companies with policies prohibiting employees from accepting gifts from vendors (“Prohibited Employees”), are not eligible to enter or win.  By participating in and entering this Sweepstakes as described below, you are formally representing that you are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes and agree to being bound by (i) these Official Rules, and (ii) Sponsor’s Terms of Service, found at https://indeedflex.com/flexer-terms/. 
  • You must not be banned from the Indeed Flex platform at the time of the draw on January 12th, 2025 (“draw date”). If you are banned at the draw date, all entries you have accumulated over the Promotional Period (defined below) will become void. During the Promotional Period, you must remain in good standing
  • HOW TO ENTER:  This Sweepstakes begins at 12am / CST on October 1st, 2024 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11:59 pm / CST on December 31st, 2024 (the “End Date”) (together, the “Promotional Period”).  You may enter this Sweepstakes and earn entries by doing the following:
  • Entry by Completing Shifts. Complete shifts through Indeed Flex during the Promotional Period. You will receive one (1) entry for every shift successfully completed during the Promotional Period, subject to the below requirements. To receive an entry, you must clock in and clock out correctly before and after every shift with your geolocation turned on. You must complete each shift to earn the applicable entry. If you do not successfully complete a shift, you will not receive the additional entry.
  • Free Alternate Method of Entry by Postcard. To enter without completing shifts or to gain an additional entry, hand print your (i) first and last name, (ii) Flexer email address, (iii) mailing address, and (iv) phone number on a postcard approximately three and a half by five inches (3.5” x 5”) in size and mail it to: Indeed Flex Attn: Marketing, 10721 Domain Dr., Austin, TX 78758 .  As a Flexer, your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number that you provide will be used pursuant to the Indeed Flex Privacy Policy linked below. All postcard entries must be postmarked between October  1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, you must meet all eligibility requirements above in order to participate via this AMOE method.
  • All entries must be received by 11:59 pm / CST on December 31st, 2024 on the End Date. Illegible, incomplete, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.  Entries will not be accepted other than as described above. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per winner. The random draw will be redrawn if a particular winner appears twice. If you do not wish to participate in this Sweepstakes, please use the opt-out link in relevant communications.
  • PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:  There will be a total of sixty-five (65) prizes awarded. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) shall consist of the following: First Place Prize: $2,000, to be awarded to five (5) winner(s) chosen as described in Section 5 below; Third Place Prize: $1,000, to be awarded to ten (10) winner(s) chosen as described in Section 5 below; Third Place Prize: $500, to be awarded to ten (10) winner(s) chosen as described in Section 5 below; Fourth Place Prize: $100, to be awarded to sixty (60) winner(s) chosen as described in Section 5 below
  • Each Winner shall have their prize sent via direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, less applicable taxes and withholdings. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of each Winner (as defined below) and Winner acknowledges that the amount withheld by Indeed Flex may not constitute the full amount of taxes owed. Winners are responsible for any and all costs related to the Prize(s).
  • RANDOM DRAWING:  A total of only eighty-five (85) Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about January 13th, 2025 by an automated computer process utilized by Sponsor at Sponsor’s corporate office, which decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.  The Winners will be notified via email or SMS  by January 15th, 2025.
  • PRIZE CONDITIONS: No substitution for any prize will be permitted.  If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.  The Winner may be required to execute and return a notarized Winner Confirmation within fifteen (15) days of issuance.  Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above.  If a Prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above.  By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the Winners and all entrants hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the Winners’ and entrants’ photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, contents of the entry and the name of the Winner and entrants without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes.
  • ODDS OF WINNING:  Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of method of entry.
  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Only to the extent permitted by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes via the entry method set forth above in Section 3, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, (revocable only as described below), fully paid, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple layers of sub-licensees) right and license to make, use, sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, prepare derivative works from and otherwise exploit any and all content and/or materials shared with Sponsor or uploaded online by you in connection with this Sweepstakes (“Content”), for the purpose of publishing material on the Sponsor website or its publisher partners, maintaining the Sponsor website and/or promoting Sponsor, without restriction. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content, or that you otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) such Content, and its submission, posting, display or availability online does not violate applicable law or the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity, and (iii) such submission, posting, display or availability online does not result in any breach of contract between you and any third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, damages, and any other monies owed to any person or entity by reason of such Content.
  • CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION:  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of these Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related website.  The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, the Winner and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Austin, Texas.  As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) under no circumstances will the entrant be entitled or permitted to obtain awards for, and the entrant expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than actual, out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and in no event shall attorneys’ fees be recoverable by either party; and (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  • LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; tweeting, posting or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Winners will be selected by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by the time the Sweepstakes is terminated. 
  • RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  By participating, the Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

a. Entry by completing one of the following surveys (you may complete all surveys, which will allow you entry to the sweepstake:

  • Post Verification Survey
  • 5 Days With No Shifts Booked Survey
  • First Shift Worked Survey
  • Help Us Improve Your Experience Survey
  • Flexer Experience surveys sent to selected participants
     

You may enter this Sweepstakes for by completing one of the surveys listed, if you are given the option to complete multiple surveys, your entries will be accepted and not classed as a duplicate unless you complete the same survey more than once. All entries must be received by the last day of each calendar month. Illegible, incomplete, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.  Entries will not be accepted other than as described above

You may enter this Sweepstakes only once. All entries must be received by 23:59 CDT on the the last day of each month. Illegible, incomplete, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.  Entries will not be accepted other than as described above.

Each Winner shall have their prize sent via direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, less applicable taxes and withholdings. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of each Winner (as defined below) and Winner acknowledges that the amount withheld by Indeed Flex may not constitute the full amount of taxes owed. Winners are responsible for any and all costs related to the Prize(s).

The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. The random draw will be redrawn if a particular winner appears twice.  The Winners will be notified via EMAIL by THE SECOND WORKING DAY OF THE MONTH.

6. CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of these Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related website.  The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, the Winner and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Austin, Texas.  As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) under no circumstances will the entrant be entitled or permitted to obtain awards for, and the entrant expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than actual, out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and in no event shall attorneys’ fees be recoverable by either party; and (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; tweeting, posting or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Winners will be selected by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by the time the Sweepstakes is terminated.  

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, the Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Indeed Flex Referral Program Terms (Updated March 2024)

Referral Program Overview

The Indeed Flex Referral program is offered by Indeed Flex and provides Flex workers who’ve completed a shift and are interested in referring their family and friends (“Referrers”) the opportunity to refer eligible individuals to join as a Flexer (worker) on the Indeed Flex app.

The “referrer” is the person doing the referral. The “claimant” is the person claiming the referral code.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you must have worked a shift on the Indeed Flex app as a worker.

Indeed Flex Codes

Indeed Flex will provide you with a unique alphanumeric code (in the app) to distribute to eligible individuals to join Indeed Flex as a worker and get verified. We have the right to limit the number of times you use the code, or invalidate your code should you violate any of the terms and conditions.

Referral Bonus Reward

If the referred job seeker successfully gets verified with Indeed Flex and completes at least one shift within 30 days of being verified, it will be a successful referral. You will receive $75 in your next payroll within 30 days of the claimant’s first completed shift date. You must have already worked for Indeed Flex to be eligible for the payout and be in good standing.

How to Refer New Users

Through the Indeed Flex app, you may refer eligible individuals to become new workers using the generated alphanumeric code. In order to be eligible for a Referral Voucher, the claimant must have never previously been interviewed to join Indeed Flex.

  • The code must be input on the app by the claimant before working their first shift with Indeed Flex, otherwise, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
  • The claimant must work their first shift within 30 days of being verified for you to be eligible for the voucher.
  • The referrer must have already worked a shift and be in good standing before referring a friend.
  • The Referral voucher will not be issued for installations of the app. Indeed Flex will only accept referrals for new users who have completed their first shift.
  • Referral bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with any other marketing offer or promotion.

To receive the $75 referral bonus you must follow the following requirements:

  • To benefit from the referral offer, you must use your unique referral code in order to share with friends and family. You can find this on your profile.
  • The referrer must have already worked a shift and be in good standing before referring a friend.
  • The new Job Seeker must redeem the code before their first shift.
  • The referrer will only receive their referral bonus ($75) once the referred Job Seeker has completed the first shift within 30 days of code redemption.
  • The person you refer will receive $75 upon completion of their first shift.
  • Once the referrer (Flexer) has worked at least one shift within 30 days of code redemption, they will receive the bonus payout in their next payroll.
  • Referral offers redeemed from May 9, 2022 and onwards are eligible for a $75 referral bonus.

Indeed Flex Levels Additional Referral Reward Bonus for Referrers

  • For Bronze Users: Eligible “Bronze” users do not earn an additional referral amount. Other than the standard $75 referral bonus. To qualify, your referred friend must work a shift within 30 days.
  • For Silver Users: Eligible “Silver” users can earn an extra $25 on top of the original $75 referral bonus. To qualify, your referred friend must work a shift within 30 days.
  • For Gold Users: Eligible “Gold” users can earn an extra $50 on top of the original $75 referral bonus. To qualify, your referred friend must work a shift within 30 days.
  • For Platinum Users: Eligible “Platinum” users can earn an extra $75 on top of the original $75 referral bonus. To qualify, your referred friend must work a shift within 30 days.
  • Important Note: This program is subject to change. Only the “referrer” is eligible for the additional payout; the “claimant” is not eligible for any additional payout.
