November Shift Completion Bonus

To be eligible for either the $200 or $500 shift completion bonus, you must meet the following requirements:

  • This offer is available to any role (excluding Customer Service Representative) in any location.
  • Existing Flexers who worked with us in October must complete 10 shifts from November 5th – December 5th to earn a $200 cash bonus.
  • Existing Flexers who didn’t work with us in October must complete 10 shifts from November 5th – December 5th to earn a $200 cash bonus. To earn the $500 cash bonus, they must work 20 shifts from November 5th – December 5th.
  • New Flexers must work 10 shifts within 30 days from the date they were verified to earn a $200 cash bonus. To earn the $500 cash bonus, new workers must work 20 shifts within 30 days from the date they were verified.
  • The bonus will be paid in the second week of December 2021 and is subject to Tax.
  • Flexers must remain verified at the time of payout.
  • This offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions. If you are eligible for another promotion during the incentive period, you will receive the bonus for the one with the higher reward.

Indeed Flex Holiday Prize Draw 2021

  1. In order to qualify for the Indeed Flex Holiday Prize Draw 2021, you must have completed the following number of shifts and meet the below requirements:

To be eligible to win, you will have to:

  • You must successfully complete 10 shifts between November 3rd to December 31st to be eligible for the draw. After you have worked 10 shifts you will receive 10 tickets. For every shift you work after you will receive 1 ticket. 1 worked shift = 1 ticket. Every ticket you receive will then be placed in a computerized random draw. 
  • Maintain a rating over 4.5* during this period
  • Earn no more than two strikes during this period (if applicable)
  • Clock in and Clock out correctly before and after every shift with your geolocation turned on. 

When you’ve completed your 10th shift, we’ll assign you 10 tickets, which will be entered into a computerized random draw. Every shift you work after that you will also receive 1 ticket for. We keep a record of the number of shifts you completed during this period and the equivalent number of tickets you have for the draw.

If you have signed the full-time contract with Indeed Flex HQ, you are NOT eligible for this bonus scheme.

  1. The total prizes consist of 2 x $3000 cash bonus (tax paid by Indeed Flex), 25 x $200 cash bonuses (tax paid by Indeed Flex), 100 x $100 Gift Voucher of Your Choice (UberEats, DoorDash, Amazon,Visa, etc.), 4 x AirPods Pro $249 each, 2 x Game Console (Xbox Series X) $499.99 each, 2 x iPhone 12 mini $599 each8, and 2 x Unagi Electric Scooter $789.99 each. The gift vouchers of your choice will be emailed to your email address from the Indeed Flex App. If you are the winner of the AirPods, Xbox, iPhone, or scooter, you will need to be delivered to an address of your choice within 30 days of notification.
  2. If you are suspended on or before January 15th, 2022, you will not be eligible for the prize draw regardless of the number of shifts completed during the period of November 3rd to December 31st, 2021.
  3. Winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The live draw will take place on Friday, January 15th, 2022. The winner must be still verified as an Indeed Flex worker when the draw happens.
  4. All reward winners will be announced and notified by email on or before 14th January 2022. If a winner does not respond to Indeed Flex within 30 days of being notified by Indeed Flex, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Indeed Flex shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 30 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Indeed Flex shall be entitled to select another winner.
  5. Employees or agencies of Indeed Flex or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Indeed Flex Holiday Prize Draw.
  6. Entrants into the Indeed Flex Holiday Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Only one worker account per person. Indeed Flexers with duplicate accounts are not allowed.
  8. Indeed Flex accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete, or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Indeed Flex. Indeed Flex accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
  9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  10. Indeed Flex retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
  11. The winners will be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Indeed Flex Holiday Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Indeed Flex reasonable request.  The winner consents to the use by Indeed Flex, both before and after the closing date of the Indeed Flex Holiday Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, image, photograph, and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Indeed Flex and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Indeed Flex Holiday Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same. Holiday Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Indeed Flex further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Indeed Flex Holiday Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Indeed Flex for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
  12. Indeed Flex reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Indeed Flex in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Indeed Flex shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  14. No purchase is necessary. This bonus scheme is not open to the general public and is only open to temporary employees on assignment with Indeed Flex, age 18+.

  16. Some users may have wrongly received strikes due to a previous app bug. These will be amended where appropriate.

Indeed Flex is Hiring – Sign up before the 12th of October to get a $1500 bonus!

To be eligible for the $1500 Bonus, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • A sign-up is considered as an application made to Indeed Flex on fountain.com to the relevant openings or via our adverts on Indeed and creating an account on Indeed Flex mobile app on iOS or Android. 
  • The new Flexer must have met the above sign-up criteria during the promotional period: 6th October 2021 until 13th October 2021 23:59 pm (dates inclusive)
  • The bonus is only available for the selected roles and Clients/Shifts:
    • Warehouse Operative at Farmers Branch, TX 
    • Warehouse Operative at MT Juliet, TN, 
    • General Industrial Labor at Austin/Bastrop, TX
  • Flexers must complete designated 40 shifts with the selected clients by 31 December 2021. 
  • The bonus will be paid by 15 January 2022 and is subject to Tax. 
  • Flexers must remain verified at the time of payout. 
  • If the shifts are discontinued before 31 December, you’ll be paid pro-rata based on the number of designated shifts you complete.
  • This offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions. If you are eligible for another promotion during the incentive period, you will receive the bonus for the one with the higher reward.

Marketing Promotions

  1. Complete 3 shifts by 30 November 2020 and receive a $20 bonus in your next December pay (by 20 December 2020). If you receive a strike or ban during this period you will not be eligible for this bonus.
  2. $5 Onboarding Amazon Voucher Promotion
  • If you book and attend an online interview with Indeed Flex and your app profile is fully set up for the 1-1 online interview (profile, assessments and section 1 of form i9 complete), you will be eligible to receive a $5 Amazon voucher. This promotion is valid from 1 October 2020 to 31 October 2020.
  • You will receive the Amazon voucher on the first Friday after your interview. If your interview is on a Friday, you will receive the voucher the following Friday.
  • The Amazon voucher will be sent to the email address you registered with on the app.
  • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and is not exchangeable for cash.
  1. Indeed Flex Referral Program Terms (Last Updated: November 11, 2020)

Referral Program Overview

The Indeed Flex Referral Program is offered by Indeed Flex and provides verified workers who are interested in referring their family and friends (“Referrers”) the opportunity to refer eligible individuals to join as a Flexer (worker) on the Indeed Flex app.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you must be verified on the Indeed Flex app as a worker.

Indeed Flex Codes

Indeed Flex will provide you with a unique alphanumeric code (in the app) to distribute to eligible individuals to join Indeed Flex as a worker and get verified. We have the right to limit the number of times you use the code, or invalidate your code should you violate any of the terms and conditions.

Referral Bonus Reward

If the referred job seeker successfully gets verified with Indeed Flex and completed at least one shift, it will be a successful referral. You will receive $20 in your next payroll within 30 days of the referee’s first completed shift date. You must continue to work for Indeed Flex in order to receive this payout.

How to Refer New Users

Through the Indeed Flex app, you may refer eligible individuals to become new workers using the generated alphanumeric code. In order to be eligible for a Referral Voucher, the person must have never previously been interviewed to join Indeed Flex.

  • The code must be input on the app by the referee before working their first shift with Indeed Flex, otherwise, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
  • The referee must work their first shift within 30 days of being verified for you to be eligible for the voucher.
  • The Referral voucher will not be issued for installations of the app. Indeed Flex will only accept referrals for new users who have completed their first shift.
  • Referral bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with any other marketing offer or promotion.

To receive the $50 referral bonus you must follow the following requirements:

  • The referrer (Flexer) must have completed at least 1 shift with Indeed Flex prior to sharing their code with a friend.
  • To benefit from the referral offer, you must use your unique referral code in order to share with friends and family. You can find this on your profile.
  • The new Job Seeker must redeem the code the day before their first shift.
  • The referrer (Flexer) will only receive their referral bonus ($50) once the referred Job Seeker has completed the first shift after code redemption within 30 days.
  • The person you refer will receive $50 upon completion of their first shift.
  • The referrer (Flexer) will receive the bonus payout in their next payroll.
  • Referral offers redeemed from 9/30/2021 onwards are eligible for a $50 referral bonus.
  1. CTDI $50 Bonus for 1 shift worked

Complete 1 shift with CTDI by 15 February 2021 and receive a one-time $50 bonus in your pay (by 28 February 2021). If you receive a strike or ban during this period you will not be eligible for this bonus.

The above bonus has been changed to 1 shift on 18 December 2020. All bonuses will be paid in February.

  1. CTDI $300 Bonus for 45 shifts worked

Complete 45 shiftwith CTDI by 19 April 2021 and receive a one-time $300 bonus in your pay (by 7 May 2021). If you receive a strike or ban during this period you will not be eligible for this bonus.

$700 Flexer Weekly Earnings Guarantee Promotion

From June 28th, 2021 00:00 until August 1, 2021, 23:59, any Flexer who completes 5 eligible shifts OR 35 hours in a single workweek will be guaranteed gross earnings of at least $700 (pre-tax). This earning is subject to the Indeed Flex terms and conditions, including all applicable federal, state, and local deductions and withholdings.

  • The promotion starts on June 28th, 2021 00:00 and ends on August 1, 2021, 23:59 in the local US timezone.
  • A week is defined as Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 in the local timezone.
  • Shift scheduled start time defines whether the shift is included in the current week. For example, a shift starting 23:00 (11:00 pm) Sunday would be counted in the first Monday to Sunday period, even if the shift finishes at 04:00 (4:00 am) Monday.
  • An Eligible Completed Shift is defined as a shift that you are offered, confirm, attend and complete without issue within that calendar week.
  • Any shift in which you are sent home for lateness, no show, lack of uniform or any other reason will not count towards your Eligible Completed shifts for that week.
  • Gross earnings defined as inclusive of any overtime payments due that week.
  • If you complete 5 Eligible Completed shifts OR work 35 hours in the week and your gross earnings (incl. overtime) exceed $700, then no additional top-up for that week will be paid.
  • If you complete 5 Eligible Completed shifts OR work 35 hours in the week and your gross earnings (incl. overtime) does not meet or exceed $700 then an additional top-up for that week will be paid.
  • The amount paid will be the difference between your gross earnings (incl. overtime) for that week and $700.
  • This additional payment will be subject to tax and any other withholdings required.
