Tennant SolutionsPerfect Attendance Bonus

  • This program is open from August 17th to September 21st, 2026 to Flexers who are new to Indeed Flex and have not yet completed a shift for Tennant located at 165 W. Crescentville Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45246 or 10132 Business Center Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45246
  • To qualify as a returning Flexer, the date of your last completed shift must be 90 or more days prior to the date you complete a new shift under this incentive. New Flexers qualify upon completing their first shift.
  • Flexers must achieve perfect attendance — working 100% of scheduled shifts with no missed, cancelled, or “No Call, No Show” shifts — during each of their first two scheduled work weeks (“Qualifying Weeks”) to earn a bonus for that week.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of Qualifying Weeks completed with perfect attendance: $50 bonus after perfect attendance in Week 1. $100 total bonus after perfect attendance in both Week 1 and Week 2 ($50 additional).
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes a full week of scheduled shifts with no missed, cancelled, or “No Call, No Show” shifts.
  • This bonus can only be earned for up to 2 Qualifying Weeks. If both weeks are completed with perfect attendance, the Flexer will receive a $100 total bonus. If only Week 1 is completed with perfect attendance, the Flexer will receive a $50 bonus.
  • Flexers cannot earn more than a $100 bonus through this incentive. A missed shift in Week 1 does not disqualify a Flexer from earning the Week 2 bonus.
  • Overbook Shifts do not count towards this incentive. Overbooks are designated as Paid Backup Shifts. Upon arrival, the assigned representative must notify the client or check-in representative of their Paid Backup status. In the event that the representative arrives on time and their services are not required, the representative shall be compensated for four (4) hours. Paid Backup Shifts shall not qualify toward, nor be applied in the calculation of, this incentive.
  • The bonus will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned, less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain a Flexer in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until September 21, 2026, to complete their first two scheduled work weeks to meet the requirements for the above payout. If a Flexer’s first two Qualifying
  • Weeks fall after September 21, 2026, they will not be eligible for the bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Flexers are defined as users who have successfully passed the right-to-work check, completed setting up their payment information, and completed one or more shifts with Indeed Flex

Stord Atlanta Shift Completion Incentive 

  • This program is open from August 26th – September 30th, 2026 and to Flexers who are either (1) new to Indeed Flex and have not yet completed a shift, or (2) returning Flexers whose last completed shift was 90 or more days prior to the date they complete a new hire orientation under this incentive, and who complete shifts for Stord located at 5195 Mason Road Atlanta, GA 30349 or  4950 Mason Rd., Building #3 Atlanta, GA 30349.
  • To qualify as a returning Flexer, the date of your last completed shift must be 90 or more days prior to the date you complete a new hire orientation under this incentive. New Flexers qualify upon completing their first new hire orientation.
  • Flexers must complete a minimum of 5 qualifying shifts or a maximum of 8 qualifying shifts for Indeed Flex clients (“Qualifying Shifts”).
    The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the number of “Qualifying Shifts” tiers they complete: $50 bonus after the completion of 5 shifts. $100 bonus after the completion of 8 shifts ($50 additional).
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above.
  • This bonus can only be earned for up to 8 shifts. If 8 shifts are met you will receive a $100 bonus. If you only work 5-7 shifts you will receive a $50 bonus.
  • Flexers cannot earn more than a $100 bonus through this incentive. You will not earn a $100 bonus in addition to the $50 bonus if you work 8 shifts.
  • Overbook Shifts do not count towards this incentive. Overbooks are designated as Paid Backup Shifts.   • Flexers will have until September 30th, 2026, to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above payout. If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts are completed after September 30th, 2026, they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.
  • Flexers are defined as users who have successfully passed the right-to-work check, completed setting up their payment information, and completed one or more shifts with Indeed Flex.

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.  

SWEEPSTAKES SUMMARY:  This “Flexer Creator Program” sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Indeed Flex, Inc. (“Sponsor”).  You can contact the Sponsor at: Domain Tower, Indeed Flex, 10721 Domain Dr., Austin, TX 78758.  This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules.  By participating in and entering the Sweepstakes as described herein, you agree that the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes may telephone you, even if your number is on a statewide or national do not call list or registry. 

ELIGIBILITY:  This Sweepstakes is open only to Indeed Flexers who are legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, that do not reside in New York or Florida, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is not open to residents of New York or Florida.  You need not be present to win (though presence may be required to enter).  Except as described herein, Headquarters Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of (a) Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and/or (b) employees of companies with policies prohibiting employees from accepting gifts from vendors (“Prohibited Employees”), are not eligible to enter or win.  By participating in and entering this Sweepstakes as described below, you are formally representing that you are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes and agree to being bound by (i) these Official Rules, and (ii) Sponsor’s Terms of Service, found at https://indeedflex.com/flexer-terms/.  

You must not be banned from the Indeed Flex platform at the time of the draw on September 1st, 2026 (“draw date”). If you are banned at the draw date, all entries you have accumulated over the Promotional Period (defined below) will become void. During the Promotional Period, you must remain in good standing 

HOW TO ENTER:  This Sweepstakes begins at 09:00:00 / TIME ZONE on 29th July, 2026 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 23:59:00 / TIME ZONE on 31st August, 2026 (the “End Date”) (together, the “Promotional Period”).  You may enter this Sweepstakes and earn entries by doing the following:

1. Entry by posting User Generated Content (UGC) on Instagram or Tiktok. Create a video sharing your Indeed Flex experience during the Promotional Period. You will receive one (1) entry for every valid post completed during the Promotional Period, subject to the below requirements. To receive an entry, you must share the video on your Instagram account as either a Reel or Feed Post or your Tiktok account as a Feed Post. You must tag Indeed Flex Instagram US account or Indeed Flex Tiktok US account and include the campaign hashtag #flexcreator. If you do not successfully complete these steps, you will not receive the entry.

2. Free Alternate Method of Entry by Email. To enter without posting content on Instagram or Tiktok or to gain an additional entry, email your (i) first and last name, (ii) Flexer email address, (iii) mailing address, and (iv) phone number to: [email protected] .  As a Flexer, your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number that you provide will be used pursuant to the Indeed Flex Privacy Policy linked below. All email  entries must be sent  between July, 29th, 2026 and 31st August, 2026 to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. For the avoidance of doubt, you must meet all eligibility requirements above in order to participate via this AMOE method. 

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:  There will be a total of NUMBER (3) prizes awarded. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) shall consist of the following:
– 1ST PRIZE, with an approximate retail value of US $250.00 to be awarded to ONE  (1) participant chosen as described in Section 5 below;
– 2ND PRIZE , with an approximate retail value of US $150.00, to be awarded to ONE  (1) participant chosen as described in Section 5 below;  
– 3RD PRIZE , with an approximate retail value of US $100.00, to be awarded to ONE  (1) participant chosen as described in Section 5 below; 

Each Winner shall have their prize sent via direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, less applicable taxes and withholdings. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of each Winner (as defined below) and Winner acknowledges that the amount withheld by Indeed Flex may not constitute the full amount of taxes owed. Winners are responsible for any and all costs related to the Prize(s). 

RANDOM DRAWING:  A total of only THREE  (3) Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about August 31st, 2026 by an automated computer process utilized by Sponsor at Sponsor’s corporate office, which decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. The random draw will be redrawn if a particular winner appears twice.  The Winners will be notified via EMAIL by 3rd September, 2026. 

PRIZE CONDITIONS:  No substitution for any prize will be permitted.  If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per winner. The Winner may be required to execute and return a notarized Winner Confirmation within fifteen (15) days of issuance.  Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above.  If a Prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above.  By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the Winners and all entrants hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the Winners’ and entrants’ photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, contents of the entry and the name of the Winner and entrants without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes.

ODDS OF WINNING:  Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of method of entry.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Only to the extent permitted by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes via the entry method set forth above in Section 3, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, (revocable only as described below), fully paid, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple layers of sub-licensees) right and license to make, use, sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, prepare derivative works from and otherwise exploit any and all content and/or materials shared with Sponsor or uploaded online by you in connection with this Sweepstakes (“Content”), for the purpose of publishing material on the Sponsor website or its publisher partners, maintaining the Sponsor website and/or promoting Sponsor, without restriction. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content, or that you otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) such Content, and its submission, posting, display or availability online does not violate applicable law or the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity, and (iii) such submission, posting, display or availability online does not result in any breach of contract between you and any third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, damages, and any other monies owed to any person or entity by reason of such Content.

SOCIAL MEDIA. By participating in this “Flexer Creator Program” Sweepstake, Participant acknowledges that the prize is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram and Tiktok. By participating, Participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Instagram and Tiktok  against any claims, damages, or liability related in any way to the operation of this “Flexer Creator Program”  Sweepstake Participation in this “Flexer Creator Program” Sweepstake assumes the acceptance of the Instagram and TikTok terms and conditions, found at https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870/ and https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/us/terms-of-service/en respectively.  

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; tweeting, posting or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in its sole and absolute discretion. Program Overview

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This program rewards shift consistency and retention for Flexers working at The University of Texas at Austin – Housing & Dining in Austin, TX. Eligible Flexers may earn a one-time bonus for completing a required number of consecutive qualifying shifts within their eligibility window.

ELIGIBILITY

This program is open only to verified Indeed Flexers (“Flexer”) who meet all of the following criteria:

Complete qualifying shifts at a The University of Texas at Austin – Housing & Dining location in Austin, TX 78705.
Complete their first qualifying shift on or after Friday, September 4th, 2026 and on or before Friday, September 18th, 2026.
Are in good standing on the Indeed Flex platform at the time of payout (not suspended or removed).
Each Flexer’s eligibility window begins on the date of their first qualifying shift and runs for fourteen (14) consecutive days. All qualifying shifts must be completed on or before Friday, October 2nd, 2026.

This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.

BONUS AMOUNT

$75.00 (seventy-five US dollars) to any participant who completes five (5) consecutive qualifying shifts within their eligibility window.

QUALIFYING SHIFTS

A qualifying shift is a shift at a The University of Texas at Austin – Housing & Dining location that the Flexer completes in full. “Complete” means:

The Flexer clocks in and clocks out correctly via the Indeed Flex app.
Geolocation is active at clock-in and clock-out.
The shift is worked in full with no early departure.
The shift is confirmed as completed by the client.
“Consecutive” refers to consecutive shifts for which the Flexer is booked, not consecutive calendar days.

ATTENDANCE AND DISQUALIFICATION

A Flexer is permitted no more than one (1) missed shift during their eligibility window. A missed shift resets the Flexer’s consecutive-shift count to zero; the Flexer may begin a new count of five consecutive qualifying shifts within the remainder of their eligibility window.

A second missed shift, or any “No Call, No Show” or unagreed absence, will result in immediate disqualification from this program.

If five (5) consecutive qualifying shifts are not completed within the Flexer’s eligibility window, the Flexer will not be eligible for the bonus amount or any portion thereof.

PAYMENT TERMS

The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the fifth consecutive qualifying shift.

All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next standard pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned, less all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and withholdings. The amount withheld by Indeed Flex may not constitute the full amount of taxes owed; the Flexer is solely responsible for any remaining tax liability.

The Flexer must remain in good standing on the Indeed Flex platform at the time of payout. If a Flexer is suspended or removed between shift completion and the pay date, the bonus will not be issued.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

This bonus is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash.
This bonus cannot be combined with other activation, conversion, or shift completion bonuses for the same shifts.
Indeed Flex reserves the right to end this program before Friday, October 2nd, 2026 if 66 Flexers have been paid out before that date.

Flex AI Interview Research Study

  • This program is open only to Verified Flexers. Participants will receive £20 (20 British pounds) or $20 (20 U.S. dollars), based on location, for completing a research session, which includes both the AI interview and post-interview survey.
  • To qualify, participants must not only accept but also complete the AI interview to the best of their ability and answer all questions in the post-interview survey.

Indeed Flex Referral Program Terms (Updated September, 1 2026)

Referral Program Overview

The Indeed Flex Referral program is offered by Indeed Flex and provides Flex workers who’ve completed a shift and are interested in referring their family and friends (“Referrers”) the opportunity to refer eligible individuals to join as a Flexer (worker) on the Indeed Flex app.

The “referrer” is the person doing the referral. The “claimant” is the person claiming the referral code.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you must have successfully completed your onboarding (defined below) on the Indeed Flex app as a worker.

Indeed Flex Codes

Indeed Flex will provide you with a unique alphanumeric code (in the app) to distribute to eligible individuals to join Indeed Flex as a worker and get verified. We have the right to limit the number of times you use the code, or invalidate your code should you violate any of the terms and conditions.

Referral Bonus Reward

If the referred job seeker successfully completes their onboarding with Indeed Flex and completes at least one shift within 30 days of being verified, it will be a successful referral. You will receive $100 in your next payroll within 30 days of the claimant’s first completed shift date. To be eligible for the standard referral bonus payout, you must have a platform verified profile and be in good standing (“Standard Referrer”), 

How to Refer New Users

Through the Indeed Flex app, you may refer eligible individuals to become new workers using the generated alphanumeric code. In order to be eligible for a Referral Voucher, the claimant must have never previously been interviewed to join Indeed Flex.

  • The code must be input on the app by the claimant before working their first shift with Indeed Flex, otherwise, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
  • The claimant must work their first shift within 30 days of being verified for you to be eligible for the voucher.
  • The referrer must have already successfully completed their onboarding with Indeed Flex before referring a friend.
  • The Referral voucher will not be issued for installations of the app. Indeed Flex will only accept referrals for new users who have completed their first shift.
  • Referral bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with any other marketing offer or promotion.

To receive the $100 referral bonus you must follow the following requirements:

PROMOTION OVERVIEW
The Indeed Flex Elite Ambassador Speed Race (“Promotion”) is a limited-time promotional incentive sponsored by Indeed Flex, Inc. (“Indeed Flex” or “Sponsor”).

Participation in the Promotion is available exclusively to individuals who have been approved for and remain in good standing within the Indeed Flex Referral Ambassador Program (“Ambassadors”).

The purpose of the Promotion is to reward Ambassadors who refer new workers that successfully engage with the Indeed Flex platform.

The Promotion is a performance-based incentive and is not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, contest of chance, or game of chance. Qualification is determined solely by the objective criteria described in these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY
To participate, an individual must:

• Be an approved Referral Ambassador in good standing;
• Maintain an active Indeed Flex account;
• Remain eligible for participation throughout the Promotion Period;
• Comply with all applicable Indeed Flex Terms of Service, Referral Program Terms, and these Terms.

PROMOTION PERIOD

QUALIFYING REFERRALS
A referral qualifies for the Promotion only if all of the following conditions are met:

a. The referred worker is a new Indeed Flex user who has not previously registered with Indeed Flex.

b. The referred worker completes all onboarding and verification requirements.

c. The referred worker completes five (5) eligible paid shifts within thirty (30) days of successful account verification and before the end of the Promotion Period.

d. Eligible shifts must be successfully worked and completed and may not be cancelled, reversed, disputed, adjusted due to error, or later determined by Indeed Flex to be fraudulent, ineligible, or improperly credited.

e. Qualification order will be determined based on the timestamp of the referred worker’s fifth eligible completed shift as recorded in Indeed Flex systems.

SPEED RACE BONUS

The first twenty (20) qualifying referrals that satisfy all requirements described in Section 4 will each generate a Speed Race bonus payment of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) for the referring Ambassador.

The maximum aggregate payout available under this Promotion is two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).

For purposes of this Promotion only, the standard Referral Ambassador Program limitation of one (1) Speed Race bonus per Ambassador per calendar month shall not apply.

An Ambassador may earn multiple Speed Race bonus payments during the Promotion Period if multiple referred workers independently satisfy all qualification requirements before all twenty (20) qualifying bonus positions have been earned.

Example:

If three referred workers independently complete five (5) eligible paid shifts before all twenty (20) qualifying bonus positions have been filled, the referring Ambassador will earn three (3) separate Speed Race bonus payments totaling $375.

QUALIFICATION REVIEW, NOTIFICATION, AND PAYMENT

Indeed Flex reserves the right to review qualification data on a rolling basis throughout the Promotion Period.

Once all twenty (20) qualifying Speed Race bonus positions have been earned—or upon the conclusion of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first—Indeed Flex will verify qualifying referrals, notify eligible Ambassadors, and issue bonus payments through the applicable payroll process.

For the inaugural Promotion:

• Qualifying Ambassadors are expected to be notified on or about August 24, 2026.

• Bonus payments are expected to be included in the August 31, 2026 paycheck, subject to payroll processing, eligibility verification, tax withholdings, fraud review, and other administrative requirements.

Indeed Flex reserves the right to adjust notification and payment dates as reasonably necessary for operational, compliance, payroll, or administrative purposes.

FRAUD, ABUSE, AND DISQUALIFICATION
Indeed Flex reserves the right to investigate any referral activity.

Participants may be disqualified and bonus payments may be withheld, cancelled, reversed, or recovered if Indeed Flex determines, in its sole discretion, that a participant:

• Violated these Terms;
• Violated Referral Ambassador Program requirements;
• Created duplicate, fictitious, or fraudulent accounts;
• Attempted to manipulate referral tracking or shift activity;
• Engaged in deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent conduct;
• Is no longer in good standing with Indeed Flex.

All determinations made by Indeed Flex regarding eligibility, qualification, referral validity, shift validity, bonus payments, and Promotion administration shall be final and binding.

TAXES
Participants are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes arising from bonus payments received under this Promotion.

Indeed Flex may withhold amounts and issue tax documentation as required by law.

MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, extend, or replace this Promotion at any time to address fraud, operational concerns, legal requirements, technical issues, or other business considerations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indeed Flex and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in this Promotion.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.

PROMOTION OVERVIEW

The Indeed Flex Flex Stamp Card (“Promotion”) is a limited-time promotional incentive sponsored by Indeed Flex, Inc. (“Indeed Flex” or “Sponsor”).

Participation is available exclusively to individuals who have been approved for and remain in good standing within the Indeed Flex Referral Ambassador Program (“Ambassadors”) as of the start of the Promotion Period. This Promotion does not open the Referral Ambassador Program to new applicants. Indeed Flex is not accepting new Referral Ambassador invitations during the Promotion Period.

The purpose of the Promotion is to reward Ambassadors who refer new workers that complete a first eligible paid shift on the Indeed Flex platform during the Promotion Period.

The Promotion is a performance-based incentive and is not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, contest of chance, or game of chance. Qualification is determined solely by the objective criteria described in these Terms.

These Terms are in addition to the Indeed Flex Terms of Service, the Indeed Flex Referral Program Terms, and any Referral Ambassador Program terms. If there is a conflict for this Promotion only, these Terms control.

ELIGIBILITY

To participate, an individual must:

• Be an approved Referral Ambassador in good standing as of September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time;

• Maintain an active Indeed Flex account in the United States;

• Remain eligible for participation throughout the Promotion Period;

• Comply with all applicable Indeed Flex Terms of Service, Referral Program Terms, Referral Ambassador Program requirements, and these Terms.

Indeed Flex reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Workers who are not on the approved Referral Ambassador list as of the start of the Promotion Period are not eligible for this Promotion, including for the Ambassador referral bonus described below.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on September 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Promotion Period”), unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms.

Any first paid shift completed after the Promotion Period will not earn a Stamp or the Stamp Card Bonus. Referral activity after the Promotion Period is not eligible for this Promotion.

DEFINITIONS

Referred Worker means a new Indeed Flex user who has not previously registered with Indeed Flex and who claims an Ambassador’s unique referral code before completing a first shift.

Claim means the Referred Worker redeems the Ambassador’s referral code. A Claim alone does not earn any payment under this Promotion.

Platform Verified means the Referred Worker has completed Indeed Flex onboarding and verification requirements, including right-to-work / I-9 and pay onboarding, as recorded in Indeed Flex systems. Platform verification alone does not earn the Ambassador referral bonus or a Stamp.

Eligible Paid Shift means a shift the Referred Worker successfully works and completes, that is paid, and that is not cancelled, reversed, disputed, adjusted due to error, later determined by Indeed Flex to be fraudulent, ineligible, or improperly credited, and is not a no-show. Paid Backup / overbook shifts that are not worked as a regular completed shift do not count.

Qualifying First Shift means the Referred Worker’s first Eligible Paid Shift completed during the Promotion Period, provided (a) the Referred Worker claimed the Ambassador’s referral code before that shift, and (b) all other conditions in Qualifying Referrals are met. A Claim may occur before or during the Promotion Period; the first Eligible Paid Shift must occur during the Promotion Period.

Stamp means credit of one (1) stamp on the Ambassador’s Flex Stamp Card for each distinct Referred Worker who completes a Qualifying First Shift. Multiple shifts by the same Referred Worker do not generate additional Stamps.

QUALIFYING REFERRALS

A referral qualifies for a Stamp and for the Ambassador referral bonus under this Promotion only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. The Referred Worker is a new Indeed Flex user who has not previously registered with Indeed Flex.

2. The Referred Worker claims the Ambassador’s unique referral code before completing a first shift.

3. The Referred Worker completes Platform Verification.

4. The Referred Worker completes a Qualifying First Shift during the Promotion Period.

5. The Ambassador is in good standing at the time of the Qualifying First Shift and at the time of payout.

6. Indeed Flex has not determined the referral, account, or shift activity to be ineligible, duplicate, fictitious, or fraudulent.

A Claim that never reaches Platform Verification, or a Platform Verified worker who never completes an Eligible Paid Shift, earns $0 for the Ambassador under this Promotion (including $0 Stamp Card Bonus). The Referred Worker also does not earn the standard claimant referral bonus unless they complete a first shift under the Referral Program Terms.

AMBASSADOR REFERRAL BONUS (DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD)

For each Qualifying First Shift during the Promotion Period, the referring Ambassador will earn a referral bonus of one hundred fifty dollars ($150), paid manually through payroll.

This $150 amount is the Referral Ambassador rate for the Promotion Period. It is not paid at Claim and is not paid at Platform Verification.

The Referred Worker’s claimant bonus remains $50 upon completion of their first shift, in accordance with the Indeed Flex Referral Program Terms, and is not increased by this Promotion.

There is no cap on the number of $150 Ambassador referral bonuses an eligible Ambassador may earn during the Promotion Period, other than the requirement that each bonus corresponds to a distinct Qualifying First Shift.

Example: If an Ambassador has three Referred Workers who each complete a Qualifying First Shift in September, the Ambassador earns 3 × $150 = $450 in Ambassador referral bonuses, plus the Stamp Card Bonus if the Stamp requirement below is also met.

FLEX STAMP CARD BONUS

In addition to the Ambassador referral bonus:

• Each Qualifying First Shift during the Promotion Period earns the referring Ambassador one (1) Stamp.

• An Ambassador who earns three (3) Stamps during the Promotion Period will earn a one-time Stamp Card Bonus of fifty dollars ($50).

• The Stamp Card Bonus may be earned once per Ambassador during the Promotion Period. Additional Qualifying First Shifts after the third Stamp do not earn a second Stamp Card Bonus.

• Every eligible Ambassador on the approved list may earn the Stamp Card Bonus. There is no “first 20” limit, no race, and no requirement that a Referred Worker complete five (5) shifts.

Example: Three distinct Referred Workers each complete a Qualifying First Shift in September. The Ambassador earns $450 in Ambassador referral bonuses plus a $50 Stamp Card Bonus, for $500 total under this Promotion (claimant bonuses are separate and paid to the Referred Workers).

The Stamp Card is a tracking and communications device only. Stamps have no cash value except as the $50 Stamp Card Bonus described in these Terms. Display of Stamps in email, SMS, or in-app messages is informational and does not itself constitute payment.

QUALIFICATION REVIEW, NOTIFICATION, AND PAYMENT

Indeed Flex will review qualification data on a rolling basis during the Promotion Period and after close.

After the Promotion Period, Indeed Flex will verify Qualifying First Shifts and Stamps, notify eligible Ambassadors, and issue the Ambassador referral bonus(es) and any Stamp Card Bonus through the applicable payroll process.

For this Promotion:

• Eligible Ambassadors are expected to be notified on or about October 6, 2026.

• Payments are expected in the next scheduled paycheck on or about October 15, 2026, subject to payroll processing, eligibility verification, tax withholdings, fraud review, and other administrative requirements.

Indeed Flex reserves the right to adjust notification and payment dates as reasonably necessary for operational, compliance, payroll, or administrative purposes.

Bonuses are paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, less applicable taxes and withholdings. The Ambassador must remain in good standing at the time of payout.
