A day in the life of
Flexer Experience
Our Flexer Experience team gather regular feedback from our Flexers, through various channels, to learn more about on their experience. These insights are used to identify and address any areas of improvement that might be affecting how Flexers interact with us and get jobs.
Flexer Expansion
Our Flexer Expansion team is a combined team of jobseeker Marketing and Recruitment. Our Marketing team manages candidate attraction, employer branding, community recruitment and jobseeker engagement, to attract candidates to become Flexers. Our Recruitment team oversees the recruitment and onboarding of jobseekers in an effective, efficient and compliant manner, keeping the jobseeker experience top of mind.
Human Resources
At Indeed Flex, people sit at the heart of everything we do. Our HR team supports our people every step of the way and through their Indeed Flex Journey.
Our Talent Management, Employee Experience and HR Generalist teams are committed to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to give their best efforts – building a high-performing workforce and promoting a positive work culture.

Our IT team ensure that Flexperts have the technical tools, knowledge and support to perform their duties efficiently and without disruption.
Money
Our Money team provides scalable financial platforms that record accurate transactions to provide a best in class experience to our external and internal stakeholders.
Marketing
Our Global Marketing team aim to provide clients and Flexers with a clear view of the Indeed Flex brand, with digital communications, social media, PR, media, and design/branding efforts. These efforts are to establish Indeed Flex as the preferred temporary work app for both job seekers and clients.
Revenue
Our Revenue team oversees our growth by securing new business, and retaining and growing existing client accounts to support their temporary staffing goals. They provide clients with full support to maximize their success.
