Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/ hour

Step into a fast-paced role where you’ll help keep packages moving through one of the busiest times of the year. Indeed Flex is looking for reliable, hardworking people ready to join a team that values energy, teamwork, and safety.

Shift Options

• Starting Nov 1: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Sun)
• Starting Nov 15: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon–Sun)
• Starting Nov 22: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Mon–Sun)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sorting and loading packages accurately by ZIP code
• Unloading trailers and preparing deliveries for dispatch
• Following warehouse safety guidelines and best practices
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets

What You’ll Need

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout your shift
• Dependable, punctual, and a great team player
• Completion of safety and heat-prevention training (provided)
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures — hot or cold
• Work boots and gloves are recommended
