Warehouse Operative – Hiring now!

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Location: Fairfield, OH
Pay: $16.50/hr
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Daily briefing at 6:00 AM sharp)
Overtime: Shifts may extend to 3:30 PM based on business needs.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Production & Sorting: Sort laundry (comforters and sheets) and process homeware items.
• Target Goals: Work toward a production target (tracking both items opened and items shipped).
• Quality Control: Handle delicate items with care.
• Workflow: Manage pallet volume per day.
• Organization: Maintain a clean work area and strictly follow documentation protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Steel-Toed Boots Required
• Identification: Must bring a valid ID on Day 1 for site access.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing and moving in a fast-paced setting for a full shift.
• Climate: Prepared to work in warehouse conditions that vary by season (hot/cold).
• Training: New starts will be trained in small groups to ensure safety and productivity standards are met.
