About the Role:
Indeed Flex is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our warehouse team! In this role, you’ll be part of a conveyor line operation, helping to load and unload boxes quickly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload boxes from the conveyor line
• Lift packages weighing up to 55 lbs
• Maintain a steady working pace to keep production running smoothly
• Work on your feet throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Ability to lift to 55 lbs consistently
• Comfortable with standing, lifting, and moving for long periods
• Steel-toed shoes are required, workers without proper impact protection will not be permitted to work
• Strong work ethic and reliability
