Location: Romeoville, IL
Pay: $18.90 per hour

Indeed Flex is seeking dependable, hard-working individuals to join their distribution center client in Romeoville.

Incentives & Benefits:

• $50 bonus for working 5 consecutive shifts (terms apply)

Shift Options:

• Sunday to Thursday | 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Tuesday to Saturday | 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Friday to Monday | 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Monday to Sunday | 3:30 PM – End of shift

Requirements:

• Physically able to work in a fast-paced, active role
• Dependable and punctual with a team-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures
• Completion of safety and heat illness prevention training
• Recommended: work boots and gloves

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code
• Load delivery trucks quickly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the warehouse
• Work collaboratively to meet shift goals
