We are hiring experienced Fine Dining & VIP Event Servers to support upscale galas, diplomatic functions, private parties, and luxury suites. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Premium Service: Deliver elevated, professional service at fine dining and VIP events.
- Buffet & Table Excellence: Execute formal service techniques (plated and tray service) and replenish buffet food as needed to maintain high standards.
- Area Maintenance: Keep serving areas spotless and handle bussing duties (clearing trays, plates, and cutlery) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Guest Engagement: Provide positive, high-touch customer interactions and anticipate guest needs with a polished presence.
- Event Flow: Serve food when applicable and collaborate with bartenders and captains to ensure flawless execution.
- Setup & Breakdown: Assist with event setup and breakdown to maintain an organized service environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certification: Active Food Handler’s Card is required.
- Experience: Background in fine dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, or VIP environments is preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of formal service etiquette; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Attributes: Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in high-expectation settings.
Mandatory Interview Dress Code:
To be interviewed, you must arrive in the following uniform. If not, your interview will be rescheduled:
- Professional Attire: All-black button-up shirt, vest, tie, and full-length suit pants with a black belt.
- Footwear: Black dress shoes or black non-slip shoes.
- Grooming: Long hair must be secured back; no artificial or long nails. All facial piercings must be removed.
