Pay Rate: $16.00 - $25.00/hr (Pay determined based on experience level)

Responsibilities:

• Follow all prescribed portioning controls and par levels.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Accurately account for all items coming out of the kitchen.
• Understand and follow the food allergy procedure and special orders/restrictions.
• Communicate any food delays or issues to the Coordinator.
• Ability to read a thermometer correctly and efficiently.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Get along well with others and be a team player.
• Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a prep cook or in a fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask calmly and efficiently under pressure.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces with variable noise and temperature levels.
• Able to stand or walk for long periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
