About the Role

As a Print Production Associate with Indeed Flex, you’ll operate essential printing and finishing equipment to produce high-quality materials on demand. From binders and trimmers to printers and glue folders, you’ll keep the presses running and the projects flowing.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a variety of print production machines, including B/W printers, trimmers, folder/gluers, and shrink wrap tunnels.
• Assemble, bind, and prepare finished materials according to specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while ensuring a safe work environment.
• Monitor inventory and replenish paper, toner, and supplies as needed.
• Communicate any equipment issues or workflow delays to your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production instructions.
• Reliable and punctual — you know how to keep a shift moving smoothly.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; comfortable learning new equipment.
• Prior manufacturing, printing, or warehouse experience a plus (but not required).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
