Indeed Flex is looking for motivated Machine Operators to join our dynamic Print-on-Demand team in La Vergne, TN.

Shift Options

• Sun-Tues, alternating Saturdays; 7 AM- 7 PM at $17/HR
• Wed-Fri, alternating Saturdays; 7 AM-7 PM at $17/HR
• Sun-Tues, alternating Saturdays; 7 PM-7 AM at $19/HR
• Wed-Fri, alternating Saturdays; 7 PM-7 AM at $19/HR

What You’ll Do

As a core member of our production floor, you will develop the expertise to manage our entire "Print-to-Ship" lifecycle. Your day-to-day will include:

• Mastering the Machinery: Operate a variety of specialized equipment including:
• High-volume B/W Printers
• Book Binders and Saddle Stitchers
• Precision Trimmers, Folders, and Gluers
• Shrink Wrap Tunnels and Paper Drills
• Keep the line moving by ensuring raw materials are re-supplied just-in-time.
• Ensure every product meets our high-quality standards and the safety protocols outlined in our operating manual.
• Act as a first responder for equipment health, notifying specialists or supervisors to keep the floor running at peak efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table

• Must be willing and able to cross-train on all equipment and move between workstations (printing, binding, trimming, etc.) as production volume shifts.
• Experience operating industrial machinery is preferred. You should be comfortable troubleshooting basic mechanical issues and following detailed technical manuals.
• Ability to monitor product quality in real-time and identify when equipment is not operating at peak effectiveness.
• Must be able to manage inventory levels at your station, ensuring a timely re-supply of raw materials to prevent downtime.
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively notify supervisors or maintenance specialists of equipment malfunctions or production bottlenecks.
• Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift/move materials as required in a high-volume print-on-demand environment.
