Inside Sales (No Cold Calling + bi weekly commission)

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Role: Insides Sales + Customer Service

Location: Liberyville, IL

Shift Times: Monday - Saturday (Varies based on client needs)

Compensation & Pay Structure

We offer a competitive tiered pay structure with uncapped commission designed to reward your growth and performance. Earn up an average of $1,100 per month!

• Training Pay: $17.00 / hr
• Post-Training Rate: $14.50 / hr
• 90-Day Milestone Rate: $15.00 / hr
• Saturdays (base pay + $3 shift differential per hour)

Performance Bonuses (Per Lead Created)

Earn more as you hit your targets! Your commission per lead increases as you produce more:

• 1 – 7 Leads: $4.00 per lead
• 8 – 9 Leads: $6.00 per lead
• 10 – 11 Leads: $8.00 per lead
• 12 – 14 Leads: $10.00 per lead
• 15+ Leads: $12.00 per lead

What You’ll Do

• Inbound & Outbound Support: Handle calls from prospective and existing customers using our automatic dialer.
• Lead Management: Gather customer info, warm-transfer qualified leads to dealers, and schedule in-home appointments.
• No Cold Calling: Engage with "warm" leads—customers who have already asked to be contacted!
• Professionalism: Provide friendly, high-quality service at every touchpoint.

• Communicators: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Organized: Detail-oriented with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Driven: You are a self-starter, energetic, and highly money-motivated.
• Resilient: Comfortable being on the phone for extended periods.
