Event Staff – Hiring now!

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Event Staff – Festival Shifts (21+)
Pay: $18/hr
Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Flexible event-based shifts

Indeed Flex is hiring Event Staff to support large-scale live music and entertainment events in Austin. These roles are ideal for dependable, customer-focused individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and working with crowds.

Important: Must be 21 years or older due to venue age requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Review and follow venue access procedures and event entry policies (on-site training provided)
• Receive and follow instructions from on-site event leadership
• Scan event credentials at entry points to music venues
• Serve as a cashier for general admission, single-ticket sales
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to event attendees
• Move between nearby venues as needed throughout your shift

What to Expect

• Extended periods of walking and standing between venues
• Standing for long periods of time, up to 7 hours per shift
• High-energy, crowd-facing environment

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ years of age
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable standing and being on your feet for long shifts
• Reliable and punctual
