Shift Type: Event-Based | Flexible Scheduling

Pay: $17.00/hr (based on experience & event type)

Indeed Flex is hiring Concession Stand Workers to support major sporting events across Dallas, TX.

If you’re comfortable working in polished event settings while maintaining speed, consistency, and food quality, we want to hear from you.

Interview Requirement: Please arrive dressed in a proper kitchen uniform.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 6+ months of food preparation experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong ability to follow both written recipes and oral instructions accurately.
• Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Team Commitment: Must be willing to stay and assist with a full station clean-up at the end of every shift.
• Food Handler's Card

Key Responsibilities

• Prep Work: Efficiently wash, peel, and slice fresh ingredients (e.g., tomatoes, onions, and other toppings).
• Grill Station: Master the grill to cook hamburgers and proteins to specific standards.
• Fry Station: Manage fryers to produce consistent, high-quality French fries.
• Assembly: Build burgers to order, ensuring all condiments and toppings strictly follow customer specifications.
• Sanitation: Maintain a tidy workspace throughout the shift and perform deep-cleaning duties during closing.
