Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Part-time; nights and weekends required. Open availability preferred.

About the Role:
Indeed Flex is hiring Baristas to support one of our hospitality clients in Austin. This role is all about crafting quality espresso drinks, delivering great customer service, and keeping the café environment running smoothly. If you’re friendly, reliable, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Barista experience preferred (but we’re happy to train!)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible shifts

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks and food items using standard recipes.
• Enter orders into the POS system; handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Restock condiments, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow HACCP food safety standards.
• Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Ensure food displays and service areas are clean, organized, and attractive.
• Work efficiently to keep service flowing and customers happy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
