Banquet Server

Pay Rate: $21–$25/hour
Location: Event venues across the Austin, TX area

We’re seeking refined, guest-focused Event Servers to support exclusive fine dining events, private functions, and luxury hospitality experiences. This role is perfect for service professionals who take pride in elevated standards, polished presentation, and delivering exceptional dining experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-touch service during plated meals, cocktail receptions, and formal dining events
• Execute fine dining service standards, including proper table settings, tray handling, and guest interaction
• Anticipate guest needs while maintaining a calm, professional presence
• Collaborate closely with culinary teams, bartenders, and event managers to ensure flawless service
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean, organized service environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, private events, or upscale catering preferred
• Knowledge of formal dining etiquette and service flow
• Polished appearance and professional attitude
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a service team
• Comfortable performing in fast-paced, high-expectation environments

Professional Attire: All-black button-up shirt, vest, tie, and full-length suit pants with a black belt.

• Footwear: Black dress shoes or black non-slip shoes.
• Grooming: Long hair must be secured back; no artificial or long nails.
• Piercings: All facial piercings must be removed.
