The Billing Tab is a new feature in your client portal that provides a central location for managing your invoices. Here, you can view all your invoices, including open, paid, overdue, or credited. You can also download your invoices directly from this tab.
What type of invoices can I view in the Billing Tab?
You can view all of your invoices, categorized as follows:
- Open: Invoices with an outstanding balance.
- Paid: Invoices that are paid in full, either through a combination of credits and payments.
- Credited: Invoices paid entirely with a credit, effectively voided.
- Overdue: Invoices with an open balance past the due date.
When will I see my invoices in the Billing Tab?
Invoices will continue to be processed weekly. Once processed, you will be able to view them on the Billing Tab. Additionally, you will continue to receive the invoice emails as usual.
How do I download an invoice?
To download an invoice, simply go to the Billing Tab, find the invoice you need, and click on the invoice name. The invoice will be downloaded in PDF format.
How frequently is the Billing Tab updated?
Invoices will continue to be processed weekly, so you should receive your new invoices on Friday. The invoice status will be updated in real-time if payments are made through our secure payment portal (US). For other payment methods, such as bank transfers, the status will only be updated once the accounts receivable team processes the payment. Please note that this may introduce a delay of up to 24 hours.
Who should I contact if I have questions about an invoice?
If you have questions about an invoice, please contact your Client Success Manager, who will be happy to assist you.
Can I make payments directly from the Billing Tab?
Currently, the Billing Tab only lets you view and download your invoices. For payment options, please continue using your existing payment method. If you have questions about payment options or need further assistance, please reach out to your Client Success Manager.
What's new?
What billing metrics will be displayed on the billing tab?
The billing tab now provides a detailed view of your financial activity, including:
- Total Amount Spent: Displays the total expenditure within a selected time period.
- Current Owed: Reflects the owed amount minus any unapplied payments or credits.
- Current Overdue: Displays the overdue amount, which remains unchanged regardless of unapplied amounts.
- Amount Unapplied: Indicates payments made but not yet applied to invoices, as well as any unutilized credits.
How does the 'Current Owed' amount change?
The 'Current Owed' amount reflects the outstanding balance. When payments or credits are applied, the 'Amount Owed' adjusts to show the actual balance after deducting the amounts applied.
What does 'Overdue' represent?
The 'Current Overdue' section shows the overdue balance without factoring in unapplied amounts. This ensures you always see the true overdue amount that requires immediate attention.
What is 'Amount Unapplied' and how is it calculated?
'Amount Unapplied' consists of payments made but not yet applied to invoices and any available credits that have not been used. This metric helps track unused funds within your account.
What does the agency cost breakdown chart represent?
The agency cost breakdown pie chart visually represents the proportion of spending across different staffing agencies, displaying percentages and dollar amounts spent per agency.
Can I download the data shown in the chart?
Yes, you can click the 'Download data' button to export the breakdown of the agency cost for further analysis
