To get verified, you’ll need to download the Indeed Flex App, set up your account, and book a time for an interview. For your friend or family member to redeem a referral code – go into the Indeed Flex app by going into ‘Profile’ > ‘My Settings’ > Redeem Referral Code. Provide the unique referral code shared by your referrer and select ‘Apply.’
