What are the different ways to choose workers?
After creating a shift, you have three ways of filling it. 1) Tapping 'Offer to My Staff' will offer the job to all internal workers on the app who meet your requirements i) Venue Pool, associated Venues, and the wider Company of available internal workers. 2) 'Browse individuals' lets you browse all internal workers and manually select and handpick workers to offer the shift(s) to. 3) Tapping "Post on Indeed Flex" will open a new window where you can select i) 'Let Indeed Flex do the work' which will offer the job to all Flexers with the required role and skillset ii) 'Offer to my Indeed Flex Pool' of pre-selected Flexers that you have added to your extended pool of available workers. iii) 'Browse individuals' allows you to browse the wider Flexer marketplace of available workers.
