The clock-in scanner in the app doesn't work.

  If the in-app scanner isn't working, you can clock in manually at the bottom of your QR Code screen. If your phone is out of battery or there is no network in the workplace, you ask the employer to amend your hours or contact Support via the app (Profile > Support). Please note that this may result in delayed payment as the client needs to confirm the hours.
