I can’t see jobs on the app

If you have been verified but are not seeing jobs, it can be your pay rate or availability settings that filter out matched jobs. We suggest that you use the "enable location" feature on your app, and use the shifts browsing filter to view jobs nearby.

 Additionally, we suggest you adjust your pay rate lower to see a wider range of jobs. You can still choose whether or not to apply or book those jobs.

Some clients require a background check or drug test completion. If you didn't complete a check and/or test when you applied, please message us via the chat feature in the app, so we can arrange one for you.

Lastly, we suggest you update your availability setting regularly to see jobs that match your schedule.
