I can no longer work a job I applied for.
Don't worry! If you have received an offer for a job you can’t attend, simply decline the offer. If you applied for and booked the job, you will need to cancel the booking on the app. Unless specifically requested by the employer as per the terms and conditions, if it’s at least 24 hours before the shift starts, you won’t receive a strike for the cancellation. However, if it’s less than 24 hours, and you don’t contact us with a reason, you will receive a strike.
