Where do I find the Maximize Fulfillment toggle?

During the Post a job process, once you have put in all of the job details, you will be prompted to offer to job to:

  • Let Flex do the work
  • My Indeed Flex pool
  • Individual Flexers

Now with the option of turning on the Maximize Fulfillment toggle.

What does the Maximize Fulfillment toggle do?

The Maximize Fulfillment toggle is designed to boost your shift fulfillment by changing the job offer option to Let Flex do the work if your shift is not filled by a certain period of time.

It monitors your fulfillment, so you don’t have to!

When does the Maximize Fulfillment toggle change the job offer option?

The toggle logic is designed in a tiered approach, depending on how long you have before the shift start time.

This was calculated to be the most efficient approach for fulfillment based on our platform data.

More than six days

If you post a job with more than six days before the shift start time then the switch happens 5 days before the start time. Giving your first option more than 24 hours to work its magic.

Less than six days

If you post a job between six and three days before the shift start time then the switch happens in 24 hours.

Less than 2 days

If you post a job with less than 2 days before the shift start time then the switch happens immediately - alongside the job being offered to your selected Flexers.

How do I turn on/off the toggle by default?

Reach out to your Client Success Manager and ask for your preference.

If you opt to have the Maximize Fulfillment toggle on by default, you do not have to click it on each time you post a job - it’s already selected. You do still have the option to switch it off when needed.
