Can I message the venue staffing manager?
Once you are booked onto a shift, you can message the employer by clicking on the shift in your booked shifts under ‘My Jobs’ and selecting “Message” in the top right corner. Please ensure you have read all information in the description of the job before asking the employer any questions.
For any cancellation or late arrival, you need to contact our Support Team also (Profile > Support).
Only message the employer in an absolute emergency as any important information about the job should have been included on the job details screen. If in doubt, contact us via the chat feature in the app, and we’ll be happy to help!
