A Flexer hasn’t turned up. Will I have to pay the original fee despite their absence?

No. In the rare instance, a Flexer is absent from a booked shift, you will not have to pay them. If they work fewer hours than originally booked, you will only have to pay for those worked hours. Please remember to mark any absent Flexers as no-shows on the app, and edit and approve the timesheet accordingly.
