Can you tell us a little bit more about your day-to-day role?

Some of the areas I am involved in are:

  • Global Brand strategy lead (positioning, messaging, and brand guardianship)
  • Brand and communications activation (US media planning and global oversight, reporting and insights)
  • Content development and execution (research, campaign and content production – brand, job seeker, and employer)

What is the favorite part of your typical workday?

Working with amazing people who roll up their sleeves every day to make Indeed Flex a success!

How do you feel your role contributes to the overall success of the company?

My role directly contributes to the overall success of the team and company by shaping and communicating the brand’s identity and value proposition, which helps attract both clients and workers to the platform. By crafting targeted marketing strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, I help drive market awareness, engagement, and trust. Additionally, I focus on developing my team, empowering them to take ownership of their projects and fostering a collaborative environment that supports the company’s growth and innovation.

The company culture is reflected in my daily work by prioritizing people, ensuring thoughtful communication in every interaction, and fostering cross-functional collaboration that embraces diverse perspectives to drive innovation and success.

What are some unique or interesting aspects of your role that potential candidates might not expect?

My role blends strategic and creative thinking, cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and market-specific challenges, to shape brand perception for both client and Flexer audiences, all while driving industry disruption and developing my team.

What advice would you give to someone considering this role/team?

Be ready to balance creativity with strategic thinking, as you’ll need to craft compelling narratives while also driving data-driven decisions. Embrace collaboration across teams and be adaptable, as you’ll work on diverse projects in both B2B and B2C spaces. Lastly, focus on building strong relationships, both internally and with external partners, as communication and leadership are key to success in this role.
