- Brush Up on App Navigation with our Tutorial Videos.
These videos provide refreshers on how to apply for and book a shift, how to clock-in and out, and how to get in touch with our helpful support team for any questions or assistance.
- Attend a Flexer Welcome Session.
If you’ve already completed your interview and would like to know more about how to use the app and the benefits of being a Flexer, consider attending one of our welcome sessions held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1:00 pm CST.
Watch out for more information in your inbox. A replay of the session will be available for registered participants, even if you did not attend the session.
- Get your Food & Beverage and TABC certification.
Expand your shift opportunities by getting your Food and Beverage Certification. Here’s how to get started.
- Visit this link to start your food handlers training course.
- Select “Food Handler Training” and/or “Alcohol Seller/Server Education.”
- Add the course to your cart and select “Proceed to Checkout”
- Enter CORPORATE CODE “FLEX6433” to claim your free training course. (This is at the very end of checkout)
- Complete the training to become eligible for food service roles.
- Your course completion certificate will be added to your Flexer profile within 24 hours. Once added, you will be able to start booking food and beverage service shifts!
- Get Cross-Verified!
Lean in to multi-tasking by getting cross-verified. Cross verification gives you access to jobs in multiple sectors and expands the reach of control and choice to best fit your lifestyle.
- Login to your Indeed Flex app.
- Click “Profile.”
- Click “Skills and Experience.”
- Select which role and shifts you want to be verified for.
- Schedule a quick interview with a recruiter.
