Flexer Permanent Hire Bonus 

  • This bonus is valid from 4th July 2025 at 00:00:01.
  • This bonus is only open to verified Flexers based in the US.  Indeed Flex office employees and affiliated branch employees are not eligible.
  • Eligibility criteria:
    – If a Flexer is permanently hired by a Client or its Group Companies they may be eligible for a $250 bonus.
    – The Flexer must notify Indeed Flex within 30 days of accepting the permanent position via this form.
  • Flexers who have worked in the same role for the same Client (or its Group Companies) for 12 or more continuous calendar weeks or 480 hours, directly before being hired are not eligible for this bonus.
  • All claims are subject to verification with the Client.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this bonus at any time in its sole discretion.
  • The bonus will be paid out via payroll to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, only upon successfully verifying and confirming the claim with the relevant client.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex only upon successfully verifying and confirming the claim with the relevant client, and less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • False claims, late notifications, or non-compliance with these terms will result in disqualification (no bonus payment will be made).
  • A verified Flexer is a worker who has downloaded the Indeed Flex app, had a successful interview that resulted in the verification of at least one role on our system and successfully passed the right-to-work check and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex.
  • Permanent hire refers to a full-time or part-time direct employment contract (excluding agency or temporary work).

CTDI Shift Completion Bonus

  • This program is valid for shifts from July 21st, 2025, to October 21st, 2025
  • This Program is only open to Flexers who have successfully completed 5 consecutive shifts from July 21st, 2025, to October 21st, 2025, at CTDI located at 701 Lakeside Pkwy, Flower Mound, TX 75028.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the shift they complete: $75 after completing 5 consecutive shifts.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned, less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Flexers will have until October 1st, 2025 to work the required number of shifts to meet the requirements for the above payout.
  • If the minimum number of Qualifying Shifts is completed after October 1st, 2025 they will not be eligible for the full bonus amount, or any portion thereof.

Stord “Clock In To Win” Sweepstakes

SWEEPSTAKES SUMMARY:  This “Stord Clock In To Win” sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Indeed Flex, Inc. (“Sponsor”).  You can contact the Sponsor at: 6433 Champion Grandview Way, Austin, TX 78750.  This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules.  By participating in and entering the Sweepstakes as described herein, you agree that the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes may telephone you, even if your number is on a statewide or national do not call list or registry. 

ELIGIBILITY:  This Sweepstakes is open only to verified Indeed Flexers who are legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, that do not reside in New York or Florida, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is not open to residents of New York or Florida.  You need not be present to win (though presence may be required to enter).  Except as described herein, Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of (a) Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and/or (b) employees of companies with policies prohibiting employees from accepting gifts from vendors (“Prohibited Employees”), are not eligible to enter or win.  By participating in and entering this Sweepstakes as described below, you are formally representing that you are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes and agree to being bound by (i) these Official Rules, and (ii) Sponsor’s  Terms of Service, found at https://indeedflex.com/flexer-terms/.  

You must not be banned at the time of the draw on July 7th, 2025 (“draw date”). If you are banned at the draw date, all entries you have accumulated over the Promotional Period (defined below) will become void. During the Promotional Period , you must remain in good standing 

HOW TO ENTER:  This Sweepstakes begins at 12am / CST on July 5th, 2025 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11:59pm / CST on July 6th, 2025 (the “End Date”) (together, the “Promotional Period”).  You may enter this Sweepstakes only by doing all of the following: 
You will receive one (1) entry for successfully completing a shift during the promotional period, subject to the below requirements. To receive an entry, you must clock in and clock out correctly before and after every shift with your geolocation turned on. 
All entries must be received by 11:59pm / CST on July 6th, 2023 on the End Date. Illegible, incomplete, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.  Entries will not be accepted other than as described above. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per winner. The random draw will be redrawn if a particular winner appears twice.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:  There will be a total of ten (10) prizes awarded. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) shall consist of the following:
$100 ,to be awarded to one (10) winner(s) chosen as described in Section 5 below;

Each winner shall have their prize sent via direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex, less applicable taxes and withholdings. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of each Winner (as defined below), and acknowledges that the amount withheld by Indeed Flex may not constitute the full amount of taxes owed. Winners are responsible for any and all costs related to the Prize(s). 

RANDOM DRAWING:  A total of only ONE (10) Prize winners (“Winner(s)”) will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about July 7th, 2025 by an automated computer process utilized by Sponsor at Sponsor’s corporate office, which decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.  The Winners will be notified via email by July 6th, 2025. 

PRIZE CONDITIONS:  No substitution for any prize will be permitted.  If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.  The Winner may be required to execute and return a notarized Winner Confirmation within fifteen (15) days of issuance.  Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above.  If a Prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above.  By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the Winners and all entrants hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the Winners’ and entrants’ photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, contents of the entry and the name of the Winner and entrants without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes.
  

ODDS OF WINNING:  Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of method of entry.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Only to the extent permitted by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes via the entry method set forth above in Section 3, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, (revocable only as described below), fully paid, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple layers of sub-licensees) right and license to make, use, sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, prepare derivative works from and otherwise exploit any and all content and/or materials shared with Sponsor or uploaded online by you in connection with this Sweepstakes (“Content”), for the purpose of publishing material on the Sponsor website or its publisher partners, maintaining the Sponsor website and/or promoting Sponsor, without restriction. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content, or that you otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) such Content, and its submission, posting, display or availability online does not violate applicable law or the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity, and (iii) such submission, posting, display or availability online does not result in any breach of contract between you and any third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, damages, and any other monies owed to any person or entity by reason of such Content. 

CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION:  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of these Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related website.  The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, the Winner and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Austin, Texas.  As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) under no circumstances will the entrant be entitled or permitted to obtain awards for, and the entrant expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than actual, out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and in no event shall attorneys’ fees be recoverable by either party; and (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; tweeting, posting or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the winners will be selected by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by the time the Sweepstakes is terminated.  

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  By participating, the Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

  • This program is valid for shifts from Monday, June 23rd, 2025, to Friday, August 1st, 2025.
  • This Program is only open to Flexers who successfully complete five consecutive shifts from Monday, June 23rd, 2025, to Friday, August 1st, 2025. Ontrac Dallas Sort Center and hub is located at 802 East Centre Park Blvd. DeSoto, TX 75115.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the shift they complete: $50 after completing five consecutive shifts.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned, less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.

  • This Program is only open to Flexers who have successfully completed 5 consecutive shifts starting on June 21st, 2025, at the Ontrac Chicago Branch and Chicago Sort Center (Hub) is located at 565 S Pinnacle Dr, Romeoville, IL 60446, USA and the Ontrac Chicago North location, located at 350 N Wolf Road, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. 
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the shift they complete: $50 after completing five consecutive shifts. 
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned, less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.

  • This Program is only open to Flexers who have successfully completed five consecutive shifts starting Saturday, June 21st, 2025, at the Ontrac Nashville Sort Center is located at 2500 Marty Robbins Dr., Bldg 10, Lebanon, TN 37090 and the Nashville Branch located at 3872 Logistics Way, Bldg B3, Antioch, TN 37013. 
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the shift they complete: $75 after completing five consecutive shifts.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned, less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.

  • This program is valid for shifts from Sunday, June 22nd, 2025, to Friday, August 1st, 2025.
  • This Program is only open to Flexers who complete 5 consecutive shifts successfully starting on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025 at the Ontrac Columbus Sort Center is located at 1260 Collings Dr.. Lockbourne, OH 43137.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the shift they complete: $75 after the completion of 5 consecutive shifts.
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned, less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.

Ontrac Atlanta Package Handler (Warehouse Operative) Shift completion bonus

  • This program is valid for shifts from Sunday, June 22nd, 2025, to Friday, August 1st, 2025.
  • This Program is only open to Flexers who complete 5 consecutive shifts successfully starting on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025 at the Ontrac Atlanta Sort Center located at 6300 Highlands Pkwy SE. Smyrna, GA 30082.
  • The Flexer will receive the following amount based on the shift they complete: $50 after the completion of 5 consecutive shifts
  • The bonus is considered earned when the Flexer completes the shifts as noted above. This bonus can only be earned once per Flexer.
  • All bonus amounts will be paid by direct deposit to the bank account on file with Indeed Flex on the next pay date following the work week in which the bonus was earned, less applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • The Flexer must remain in good standing on the platform at the time of payout.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time in its sole discretion.

Flex AI Interview Research Study

  • This program is open only to Verified Flexers. Participants will receive £20 (20 British pounds) or $20 (20 U.S. dollars), based on location, for completing a research session, which includes both the AI interview and post-interview survey.
  • To qualify, participants must not only accept but also complete the AI interview to the best of their ability and answer all questions in the post-interview survey.
  • Only Verified Flexers are eligible for payout. This excludes current Indeed Flex office employees and affiliated branch employees. Payments will be made via direct deposit on the next pay date after the workweek in which the bonus was earned, minus applicable taxes and withholdings.
  • To be eligible for payout, the participant must remain a Verified Flexer in good standing. Verified Flexers are those who have completed the I-9 process (US), Right to Work (UK) and set up their payment information with Indeed Flex.
  • First 100 participants completing the AI interview and feedback will be getting the incentive
  • Participation for the AI interview requires completion of interview or interview should be at least 5 minutes duration.

    Indeed Flex and Ontrac Referral Program – Lebanon, TN; Antioch, TN; and Lockbourne, OH

Referral Program Overview

  • The Indeed Flex and Ontrac Referral Program – Lebanon, TN; Antioch, TN; and Lockbourne, OH is offered by Indeed Flex and provides referred Flex workers who work their first shift for OnTrac Final Mile, OnTrac an opportunity to earn $100. And an opportunity for Flexers to refer family and friends in Lebanon, TN; Antioch, TN; and Lockbourne, OH (“Referrers”) to the Indeed Flex app and also earn $100. 

The “referrer” is the person doing the referral. The “claimant” is the person claiming the referral code.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you must have worked a shift on the Indeed Flex app as a worker.

Indeed Flex Codes

Indeed Flex will provide you with a unique alphanumeric code (in the Indeed Flex app) to distribute to eligible individuals to join Indeed Flex as a worker and get verified. We have the right to limit the number of times you use the code, or invalidate your code should you violate any of the terms and conditions.

Referral Bonus Reward

If the referred job seeker successfully gets verified with Indeed Flex and completes at least one shift within 30 days of being verified, it will be a successful referral. You will receive $100 in your next payroll within 30 days of the claimant’s first completed shift date.

How to Refer New Users

  • Through the Indeed Flex app, you may refer eligible individuals to become new workers using the generated alphanumeric code.
    In order to be eligible for a Referral Voucher, the claimant must have never previously been interviewed to join Indeed Flex.
  • The code must be input on the app by the claimant before working their first shift with Indeed Flex, otherwise, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
  • The claimant must work their first shift within 30 days of being verified, for you to be eligible for the voucher.
  • The referral code will not be issued for app installation. Indeed Flex will only accept referrals for new users who have completed their first shift.
  • Referral bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with any other marketing offer or promotion [For example, MyFlex referral status].
  • To receive the $100 referral bonus you must follow the following requirements:
  • To benefit from the referral offer, the claimant you referred must be the one who used your alphanumeric code.
  • To be included in this referral scheme, you will be exempt from our additional Indeed Flex Referral Program. You will only be able to receive $100 in the bonus timeframe.
  • The referrer will only receive their referral bonus ($100) once the referred Job Seeker has completed the first shift within 90 days of code redemption. Or, has completed in the bonus timeframe before 100 referrals are claimed.
  • The person you refer will receive $100 upon completion of their first shift.
  • Once the referrer (Flexer) has worked at least one shift within 30 days of being verified, they will receive the bonus payout in their next payroll.
  • Workers will have from June 27th, 2025 – December 31st, 2025 to enroll and get rewarded in this referral program.
  • Flexers will enroll in the Indeed Flexer Benefits program (see below for details)
  • After December 31st referred Flexers in Lebanon, TN; Antioch, TN; and Lockbourne, OH  referrers and claimants will no longer be eligible for this referral scheme. However, they will be eligible to enter into our existing $75 Flex Referral scheme and the MyFlex Status program.
  • Indeed Flex reserves the right to update or change the referral bonus terms and conditions at any time during the bonus timeframe.

Indeed Flex Chicago, IL and Washington, D.C. Referral Program

Referral Program Overview

The Indeed Flex Chicago, IL and Washington, D.C. referral program is offered by Indeed Flex and provides the first 200 referred Flex workers who work their first shift in Washington D.C. or Chicago, IL, an opportunity to earn $100. And an opportunity for Flexers to refer family and friends in Washington D.C. or Chicago, IL, (“Referrers”) to the Indeed Flex app and also earn $100. 

The “referrer” is the person doing the referral. The “claimant” is the person claiming the referral code.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you must have worked a shift on the Indeed Flex app as a worker.

  • Once the referrer (Flexer) has worked at least one shift within 90 days of being verified, they will receive the bonus payout in their next payroll.
  • Workers will have from March 7th, 2025 – June 5th, 2025 to enroll and get rewarded in this referral program. After June 5th, 2025
  • Flexers will enroll in the Indeed Flexer Benefits program (see below for details)
  • Once we have reached our first 200 referrals, 100 referred Flexers in Chicago, IL and 100 referred Flexers in Washington, D.C., referrers and claimants will no longer be eligible for this referral scheme. 1. SWEEPSTAKES SUMMARY: This “Flexers Experience Surveys US” sweepstakes (this “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Indeed Flex, Inc. (“Sponsor”).  You can contact the Sponsor at: Domain Tower, Indeed Flex, 10721 Domain Dr., Austin, TX 78758.  This Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules.  By participating in and entering the Sweepstakes as described herein, you agree that the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes may telephone you, even if your number is on a statewide or national do not call list or registry. 

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to Indeed Flexers who are legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, that do not reside in New York or Florida, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is not open to residents of New York or Florida.  You need not be present to win (though presence may be required to enter).  Except as described herein, Headquarters Employees (and their immediate families or those living in the same household) of (a) Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, parent and related companies, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and/or (b) employees of companies with policies prohibiting employees from accepting gifts from vendors (“Prohibited Employees”), are not eligible to enter or win.  By participating in and entering this Sweepstakes as described below, you are formally representing that you are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes and agree to being bound by (i) these Official Rules, and (ii) Sponsor’s Terms of Service, found at https://indeedflex.com/flexer-terms/.  

You must not be banned from the Indeed Flex platform at the time of the draw on the first working day of each calendar month  (“draw date”). If you are banned at the draw date, all entries you have accumulated over the Promotional Period (defined below) will become void. During the Promotional Period, you must remain in good standing 

3. HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins at 00:00 CDT on the 1st of each month (the “Start Date”) and ends at 23:59 CDT on the last day of each month (the “End Date”) (together, the “Promotional Period”).  You may enter this Sweepstakes and earn entries by doing the following: 

a. Entry by completing one of the following surveys (you may complete all surveys, which will allow you entry to the sweepstake:

  • Post Verification Survey
  • 5 Days With No Shifts Booked Survey
  • First Shift Worked Survey
  • Help Us Improve Your Experience Survey
  • Flexer Experience surveys sent to selected participants

You may enter this Sweepstakes for by completing one of the surveys listed, if you are given the option to complete multiple surveys, your entries will be accepted and not classed as a duplicate unless you complete the same survey more than once. All entries must be received by the last day of each calendar month. Illegible, incomplete, and duplicate entries will be disqualified.  Entries will not be accepted other than as described above

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:  There will be a total of ONE (1) prize awarded. The prizes (“Prize(s)”) shall consist of the following:
a. TANGO GIFT CARD, with an approximate retail value of US $100.00, to be awarded to ONE (1) participant chosen as described in Section 5 below;
Each winner shall have their prize sent via email that we have on file with Indeed Flex, less applicable taxes and withholdings. All tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of each Winner, and Winner acknowledges that the amount withheld by Indeed Flex may not constitute the full amount of taxes owed. Winners are responsible for any and all costs related to the Prize(s).

5. RANDOM DRAWING: A total of only ONE (1) Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, on or about FIRST WORKING DAY OF THE MONTH by an automated computer process utilised by Sponsor at Sponsor’s corporate office, which decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. The random draw will be redrawn if a particular winner appears twice. The Winners will be notified via EMAIL by THE SECOND WORKING DAY OF THE MONTH.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: No substitution for any prize will be permitted.  If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per winner. The Winner may be required to execute and return a notarized Winner Confirmation within fifteen (15) days of issuance.  Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above.  If a Prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected by repeating the process described in Section 5 above. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the Winners and all entrants hereby consent (except where prohibited by law) to the reasonable use by Sponsor of the Winners’ and entrants’ photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, contents of the entry and the name of the Winner and entrants without any further compensation for any future promotional activity related to this Sweepstakes.

7. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of method of entry.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Only to the extent permitted by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes via the entry method set forth above in Section 3, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, (revocable only as described below), fully paid, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple layers of sub-licensees) right and license to make, use, sell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, prepare derivative works from and otherwise exploit any and all content and/or materials shared with Sponsor or uploaded online by you in connection with this Sweepstakes (“Content”), for the purpose of publishing material on the Sponsor website or its publisher partners, maintaining the Sponsor website and/or promoting Sponsor, without restriction. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content, or that you otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, (ii) such Content, and its submission, posting, display or availability online does not violate applicable law or the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity, and (iii) such submission, posting, display or availability online does not result in any breach of contract between you and any third party. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, damages, and any other monies owed to any person or entity by reason of such Content. 

9. CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by these Official Rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of these Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related website.  The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, the Winner and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Austin, Texas.  As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) under no circumstances will the entrant be entitled or permitted to obtain awards for, and the entrant expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than actual, out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, and in no event shall attorneys’ fees be recoverable by either party; and (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; tweeting, posting or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or any combination thereof.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Winners will be selected by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by the time the Sweepstakes is terminated.  

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, the Winners and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Indeed Flex Referral Program Terms (Updated March 2024)

Referral Program Overview

The Indeed Flex Referral program is offered by Indeed Flex and provides Flex workers who’ve completed a shift and are interested in referring their family and friends (“Referrers”) the opportunity to refer eligible individuals to join as a Flexer (worker) on the Indeed Flex app.

The “referrer” is the person doing the referral. The “claimant” is the person claiming the referral code.

Referrer Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you must have worked a shift on the Indeed Flex app as a worker.

Indeed Flex Codes

Indeed Flex will provide you with a unique alphanumeric code (in the app) to distribute to eligible individuals to join Indeed Flex as a worker and get verified. We have the right to limit the number of times you use the code, or invalidate your code should you violate any of the terms and conditions.

Referral Bonus Reward

If the referred job seeker successfully gets verified with Indeed Flex and completes at least one shift within 30 days of being verified, it will be a successful referral. You will receive $75 in your next payroll within 30 days of the claimant’s first completed shift date. You must have already worked for Indeed Flex to be eligible for the payout and be in good standing.

How to Refer New Users

Through the Indeed Flex app, you may refer eligible individuals to become new workers using the generated alphanumeric code. In order to be eligible for a Referral Voucher, the claimant must have never previously been interviewed to join Indeed Flex.

  • The code must be input on the app by the claimant before working their first shift with Indeed Flex, otherwise, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus.
  • The claimant must work their first shift within 30 days of being verified for you to be eligible for the voucher.
  • The referrer must have already worked a shift and be in good standing before referring a friend.
  • The Referral voucher will not be issued for installations of the app. Indeed Flex will only accept referrals for new users who have completed their first shift.
  • Referral bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with any other marketing offer or promotion.

To receive the $75 referral bonus you must follow the following requirements:

  • To benefit from the referral offer, you must use your unique referral code in order to share with friends and family. You can find this on your profile.
  • The referrer must have already worked a shift and be in good standing before referring a friend.
  • The new Job Seeker must redeem the code before their first shift.
  • The referrer will only receive their referral bonus ($75) once the referred Job Seeker has completed the first shift within 30 days of code redemption.
  • The person you refer will receive $75 upon completion of their first shift.
  • Once the referrer (Flexer) has worked at least one shift within 30 days of code redemption, they will receive the bonus payout in their next payroll.
  • Referral offers redeemed from May 9, 2022 and onwards are eligible for a $75 referral bonus.

Indeed Flex Levels Additional Referral Reward Bonus for Referrers

  • For Bronze Users: Eligible “Bronze” users do not earn an additional referral amount. Other than the standard $75 referral bonus. To qualify, your referred friend must work a shift within 30 days.
  • For Silver Users: Eligible “Silver” users can earn an extra $25 on top of the original $75 referral bonus. To qualify, your referred friend must work a shift within 30 days.
  • For Gold Users: Eligible “Gold” users can earn an extra $50 on top of the original $75 referral bonus. To qualify, your referred friend must work a shift within 30 days.
  • For Platinum Users: Eligible “Platinum” users can earn an extra $75 on top of the original $75 referral bonus. To qualify, your referred friend must work a shift within 30 days.
  • Important Note: This program is subject to change. Only the “referrer” is eligible for the additional payout; the “claimant” is not eligible for any additional payout.
