What can I expect from pay onboarding?

Once your I-9 has been approved and you've completed your background check, it's time to set up your pay information. First, you must complete your W-4 withholdings information. If you live in a state that collects state income taxes, you must complete your state withholding information as well before moving to the next step.

  Once you've filled in that information you'll be asked to complete your payment information. Please note, you'll be prompted to choose whether you'd like an electronic copy of your W-2. If you do not check this box, a paper copy will be mailed to your address of record. If you need to update your W-4 or banking information at a later date, you will be able to do so within the Indeed Flex app. To update your address of record, please contact support via the live chat function within the Indeed Flex app.
