Cancel a shift.
You can cancel a shift up to 24 hours before it starts without a penalty. Visit your "booked" shifts in the "my jobs" section.
Select the shift you want to cancel, and scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll be asked to provide a reason for cancelation.
Once you've completed those steps, the shift is now canceled.
