Job Title: Forklift Driver (Material Handler I)
Hourly Rate: $17.50/hr
Location: Austin, TX

Indeed Flex is hiring a Forklift Driver (Material Handler I). This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy warehouse work and want long-term growth in a stable, supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pick and pack store orders using RF scan guns
• Load and wrap pallets for safe transport
• Ensure proper labeling and paperwork for hazardous materials
• Maintain accuracy and follow standard operating procedures
• Keep the work area safe and clean at all times
• Take on additional warehouse tasks as directed by your supervisor

What You Need to Succeed:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1–3 months of warehouse or similar experience preferred
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (up to 70 lbs occasionally)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Team-first attitude and willingness to grow professionally
