What You’ll Do:

As a Guest Services Host (Usher), you are the face of the Moody Center, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest:

• Proactively welcome and assist guests with questions and requests.
• Create memorable moments by anticipating guest needs.
• Perform thorough ticket checks and scans.
• Manage lines and provide clear directions to ticketed seats and arena locations.
• Assist guests with accommodations, including wheelchair escort services.
• Maintain clear and safe access paths for all guests and staff.
• Effectively communicate safety and security measures and report suspicious activity to supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, positive attitude that shines when interacting with co-workers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
• A proactive approach to identifying and meeting guest needs.
• Ability to stand for long periods, extensive walking, frequent bending, and lifting 15–20 pounds.
• Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require.
