As you continue to work more shifts and follow our Success Factors, you’ll rise up through the ranks from Bronze to Silver, then to Gold, and finally reach Platinum. Each new level brings exciting perks and adds to the rewards of the previous ones.

Bronze

Silver

Gold
You'll gain access to a $125 referral bonus when you refer a friend, early access to the best shifts, and access to the Flexer Discounts package.
Platinum
You'll gain access to a $150 referral bonus when you refer a friend, the earliest access to the best shifts, and access to the Flexer Discounts Package.
Success Factors
Keep all Success Factors in the green to maintain your level and move up
During your journey with Flex, you’ll be scored – Green, Amber, or Red – against Success Factors including:
- Completed Shifts
- Five Star Ratings
- Late Cancellations
- Low Star Ratings
- No Shows
Green means you’re excelling, while Red highlights areas for improvement. Your level depends on these scores, so aim to keep everything in the Green to progress through the levels.
