Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Pay Rate: $18.00

Shift Information:Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm

Indeed Flex is hiring Warehouse Order Picker/Packers to join a high-energy team at one of our client’s warehouse locations. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to stay active throughout the day. If you enjoy keeping things moving and take pride in quality work, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Pack items into containers based on size, shape, and quantity
• Label and package all items in accordance with company standards
• Conduct quality checks to ensure each order meets required specifications
• Operate packaging machinery and related equipment (training provided)
• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers
• Forklift experience is a plus

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude to operate packaging machinery
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions
• Strong organizational skills for an efficient workspace
• Basic math skills to count and verify items accurately
