Warehouse Worker – Hiring now!

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Indeed Flex is hiring Warehouse Workers for our client in Bensenville, IL.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m)

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse or customer service experience preferred.
• Capable of lifting to 70 lbs manually and performing physical tasks (bending, standing, reaching).
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute import/export operations, including loading, unloading, sorting, and bagging shipments.
• Perform pickups and deliveries promptly within assigned routes and timelines.
• Ensure all shipments are protected from damage and theft, following company and government regulations.
• Handle exception shipments by coordinating with couriers and customer service.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete all required reports on mileage, deliveries, and incidents.
