Job Title: Fine Dining Server

Hourly Rate: $22.00/hr

Shift Dates: Shifts will vary depending on client needs

Location: Dallas, TX

Indeed Flex is hiring Fine Dining Servers for their hospitality client in Dallas, TX.

Job Requirements:

• MUST have at least 1 year of fine dining/banquet serving experience
• Must have a thorough understanding of upscale banquet service and the required steps of service
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs when needed
• Attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining a sanitary environment
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle cleaning duties
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have: Pressed black or white button-down shirt, black tie and vest, black slacks, black shoes and socks. Neatly groomed with NO facial piercings or visible tattoos.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with a quality dining experience in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner
• Proper greeting of customers when arriving to present with menu and immediate beverage orders
• Work as a team with other servers to safely, and efficiently set up and break down buffets or other special food service tables and equipment
• Perform wait and service standards within specific time frames
• Full knowledge of all menu items
• Assist our guests as needed to ensure a pleasurable and memorable dining experience for repeat business
• Address and attend to customers’ concerns, issues, or questions immediately, or immediately involve the manager on duty
• Efficiently complete prep and side work to maintain an orderly and clean station during events
