What You Need to Know About the Role This is a split-duty position. You will operate forklift equipment and spend a significant portion of each shift performing hands-on warehouse tasks (picking, packing, sorting, and inventory).

What You'll Do

• Operate forklift equipment (Order Picker / Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, or Sit-down).
• Pick, pack, sort, and stage orders manually.
• Use RF handheld scanners to maintain inventory and order accuracy.
• Work accurately and safely in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Forklift experience required (1+ year on an Order/Cherry Picker preferred; Reach and Sit-down experience is a plus).
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move 55+ lbs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable using handheld RF scanners.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to work required overtime.
• Must pass a standard background check (basic and county).

• Attire: Dress as you would for a job interview. If you own safety boots and a high-visibility vest, bring them along.

• Two Forms of I-9 Identification: Driver's license PLUS Social Security card, birth certificate, or Passport.
