Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Mount Prospect, IL

Pay: $18.75/hr

What you'll do

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently according to facility guidelines
• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and goods
• Utilize RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory accurately
• Load outbound shipments and ensure packages are labeled correctly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times

What to expect on every shift

• Fast-paced, active warehouse environment with ongoing movement
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and manual material handling
• Standard warehouse noise levels and temperature variations depending on facility layout

What you must bring

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and operational instructions accurately
• Prior warehouse, picking/packing, or general labor experience preferred

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Bend, stoop, reach, and handle inventory with manual dexterity
