Location: Chambersburg, PA

Pay

• 1st Shift - $20.00 hr
• 3rd Shift - $22.00 hr

Shift: Wednesday - Friday every other Saturday

Shift Time

• 1st Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM
• 3rd Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM

Job Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Perm

Job Description

Hands on, fast-paced warehouse project work. You’ll help operate equipment and workstations in a print-on-demand operation and prepare items for shipment. This is high movement work with lifting up to 50 lbs. Training provided.

What you’ll do

• Operates production equipment including B/W printers, binders, trimmers, folder/gluer, shrink wrap tunnel, saddle stitch, and paper drill to achieve shift production volume and meet safety and quality standards.
• Break down materials and components as directed
• Palletize materials and secure loads with banding for shipment
• Keep work areas clean and organized during disassembly

What to expect on every shift

• Constant walking, bending, lifting, and carrying
• Moving between different areas of the warehouse
• Willingness to collaborate on team lifts and heavy material movement

What you must bring

• PPE - Mechanic-style work gloves (required — not provided on site)
• Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
• Comfort working on your feet for extended periods
