Warehouse Distribution Associate

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Sparks, NV

Pay: $19.50/hr

Shift Options

• Sunday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (shifts will vary within the hours operation)

What you’ll do

• Load and unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations
• Sort, package and process shipments, including manifesting and paperwork
• Pick and pack products based on daily orders
• Put away inventory, making sure product is counted, stored and checked against inbound paperwork
• Inspect inbound shipments for damage, infestation and production dates
• Check outbound orders for correct quantity, labeling and consignee address
• Report shortages, overages, damage and mis-shipments to your supervisor
• Complete cycle counts and inventory audits
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required
• Keep work areas clean, neat and organized

• Following SOPs and safety procedures on every task
• Meeting or exceeding daily productivity goals
• Using handheld devices and basic warehouse technology

What you must bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of experience in warehouse, production or a related role
• Comfort with basic technology, including MS Office, web navigation and hardware
• Strong attention to detail and good organization skills

Physical requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Stand, walk and bend for long periods
• Ability to see, hear, read and write
• Stay alert and focused for the full shift
