Warehouse Distribution Associate

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Job Title: Warehouse Package Handler
Location: South Brunswick, NJ
Pay: $18.50/hr

Shift schedule varies based on client demand.

What you'll do

• Unload trailers and sort packages for delivery
• Load trucks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Collaborate with your team to hit daily production goals

What to expect on every shift

• Fast-paced, busy warehouse environment
• Active, hands-on work with no desk time
• Varying warehouse temperatures
• Team-based production goals

What you must bring

• Completed safety and heat illness prevention training
• Basic English proficiency (spoken and written) to understand safety and operational instructions
• Dependable, punctual, team-oriented work style
• Work boots and gloves (recommended)

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Comfort standing and moving for the full shift
• Willingness to work in varying warehouse temperatures
