Sit Down Warehouse Job | Hiring Event | $100 Bonus for Your First 2 Weeks

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• $16.00-$18.06/hr
• W-2 employee, not a contractor — benefits and healthcare access
• Long term assignments and flexible shifts, working 3–4 days a week
• Sit-down work: so you’re not on your feet for 10 hours
• Paid breaks: 15 minutes off every 2 hours

Shift Options:

• 1st shift (Mon–Thurs, 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM) at $16/hr;
• 2nd shift (Mon–Thurs, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM) at $18.06/hr;
• Weekend shift (Fri–Sun, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM) at $17.05–$17.82/hr

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Check product quality before it ships
• Package and label devices for delivery
• Enter data using basic computer skills
• Organize and prepare inventory for shipping

WHERE THE WORK IS
The work is on-site at the Assurant facility in Mt. Juliet, TN, the same location as the hiring event.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand and walk for extended hours
• Comfortable using a smartphone for tasks
• Basic math and accuracy in work
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team

WHAT TO WEAR

Business casual or dress as you would for a job interview: a plain t-shirt with jeans or work pants, and closed-toe shoes.

BRING WITH YOU

• Two forms of ID for I-9: driver’s license, plus Social Security card, birth certificate, or passport
• Your bank routing and account number, so we can pay you. No bank account? Tell us when you arrive and we’ll figure it out
• Your phone, fully charged
• Headphones or earbuds if you own a pair — we have spares if you don’t
