Job Title: Banquet/Event Server

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00/hr

Shifts: Vary based on client events

What you’ll do

• Deliver attentive, professional service at VIP and high-end events, including plated meals, receptions, and premium suites
• Anticipate guest needs while maintaining a polished presence
• Follow formal service standards, including tray service, table service, and proper guest etiquette
• Coordinate with bartenders, runners, and event leadership to keep service seamless
• Keep service areas clean and organized before, during, and after events

What to expect on every shift

• Upscale functions, private events, and VIP areas
• Formal, high-end service standards
• Fast-paced, high-pressure event settings

What you must bring

• Previous experience in upscale events, hotels, private clubs, or premium VIP service (preferred)
• Strong understanding of formal service expectations and guest etiquette
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Composure and attention to detail under pressure
• All-black uniform: button-up shirt, vest, tie, and full-length suit pants with a black belt
• Black dress shoes or black non-slip shoes

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the full length of an event
• Ability to carry and balance loaded trays during tray and table service
