Loader/Crew – (Same Day Pay!)

Note: This job is for Indeed Flex, but will take place at a client's worksite.

Job Title: Loader/Crew
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/hr

Shift times vary based on client needs and event schedules.

What you’ll do

• Unload equipment and use hand tools to set up event spaces according to layout plans
• Assist the production team with stage and prop setup
• Communicate with production staff and event organizers throughout the shift
• Break down and clean up the stage and event space after the event ends

What to expect on every shift

• Work at high-profile concerts, shows, and live events
• Stage setup and teardown using hand tools
• Carpentry, electrical, and rigging-adjacent tasks
• Heavy lifting and loading/unloading of production equipment

What you must bring

• At least 6 months of stagehand experience (loader experience preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of production/events work, including stage setup/teardown, carpentry, and electrical
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Comfort working with hand tools
• Steel-toed boots and a hard hat

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and carry equipment for extended periods
