Indeed Flex is hiring for Bartenders, Bar Backs, Bussers, Dishwashers, Prep/Line Cooks, Servers, and Loader/Crew Members in the Austin, TX.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Quickly clean, clear, and reset tables for the next service
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables promptly and accurately
• Act as the liaison between Front of House and Back of House, communicating orders, dietary restrictions, and special requests to chefs
• Assist waitstaff in serving beverages and meal items to guests
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to keep the dining experience seamless
• Handle general cleaning with standard cleaning products to uphold health standards
• Keep folded napkins stocked for every meal period
• Complete side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking supplies
• Loader/Crew: Load and unload furniture from trucks safely, handling items with care to prevent damage

WHERE THE WORK IS

Colleges, Weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and exclusive venues across the Austin area.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 18+ years old
• Knowledge of table settings and serviceware
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and push up to 150 lbs on a hand cart without help
• Clear, effective communication with guests and staff
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset

WHAT TO WEAR

Business casual or dress as you would for a job interview: a plain t-shirt with jeans or work pants, and closed-toe shoes.

BRING WITH YOU

• Two forms of ID for I-9: driver's license, plus Social Security card, birth certificate, or passport
• Your bank routing and account number, so we can pay you. No bank account? Tell us when you arrive and we'll figure it out
• Your phone, fully charged
• Headphones or earbuds if you own a pair — we have spares if you don't
