HIRING EVENT — Walk Out Employed

PAY AND BENEFITS

• Housekeeper - $16/hr
• Loader / Crew Member - $17/hr
• W-2 employee, not a contractor — medical, dental, and vision coverage available
• Same Day Pay — cash out your earnings through the Indeed Flex app
• Long term assignments and flexible shifts
• Temp-to-perm opportunity for Housekeepers: strong performers may be offered full-time roles after 480 hours

Shift Options

• Housekeeper: Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (shifts vary within this window).
• Loader / Crew Member: shift times vary based on client needs

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Housekeeper: Clean and restock hotel guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities and linens. Keep public and back-of-house areas tidy as assigned
• Loader / Crew Member: Safely load and unload event furniture and equipment, pack items for transport without damage, and keep track of orders and product locations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Housekeeper: Strong attention to detail, knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, and reliable attendance. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and reach overhead throughout the shift, and push loaded carts
• Loader / Crew Member: Able to perform repetitive loading and unloading by hand, with high attention to detail and a commitment to following safety protocols at all times

WHAT TO WEAR

• Business casual or dress as you would for a job interview: a plain t-shirt with jeans or work pants, and closed-toe shoes.

BRING WITH YOU

• Two forms of ID for I-9: driver's license, plus Social Security card, birth certificate, or passport
• Your bank routing and account number, so we can pay you. No bank account? Tell us when you arrive and we'll figure it out
• Your phone, fully charged
• Headphones or earbuds if you own a pair — we have spares if you don't
