Job Title: Loader / Crew

Location: Cedar Park, TX

Pay: $18.00/hr

What you'll do

• Safely load and unload equipment, staging materials, and gear for events or industrial operations
• Assist with setting up, moving, and dismantling event staging or warehouse infrastructure
• Secure loads properly and assist with organizing gear in trucks, trailers, or storage areas
• Follow site supervisor directives to ensure timely and efficient event setup/breakdown
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

What to expect on every shift

• Fast-paced, physically demanding environment supporting stagehand and staging operations
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and heavy manual labor throughout the shift
• Exposure to varying noise levels and indoor/outdoor staging environments

What you must bring

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in high-energy settings
• Previous experience in staging, loader/crew work, event setup, or general labor preferred

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs consistently
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and climb stairs or ladders throughout the entire shift
• Manual dexterity to operate basic tools and gear handling equipment safely
